Your technician, Jeff, was professional and clearly experienced. We were pleased with the repairs he completed, however, we were not very pleased with the “up-sell” we were subjected to. Three years ago Precision replaced the spring and rollers on our door; the repairs yesterday should have been roller drums and cable replacement. Instead, we were charged for a complete overhaul of the door (new spring, rollers, drums and cables). Not very ethical; consequently, we are not very happy with your company policy. We will be sharing this experience if anyone asks our opinion about Precision Door. Thank you.

Precision's tech was right on time very friendly and knew his product well. The only reason for not giving a five star rating is because the cost of the repair was quite high. Parts totaled (if I buy them and they are comparable to the ones Precision used) would come to a total of $180. This would be two springs, ten nylon rollers, and the cable and drum assembly.) My total cost for Precision came to $664.00. That means that the labor came to more than $464.00 and the technician was in and out in less than two hours. If my numbers are incorrect please let me know. Unfortunately, I did not have time for a second pricing however did talk to a local company afterward and they would have done the same job for under $400.00.

Generally satisfied with the service. Two minor comments, the technician would not honor the $25 coupon we downloaded from the Precision site and there is a sliver of light that comes through the left side of the bottom of the garage when the door is closed.

Gasket at bottom of garage door was replaced. Original price quote from a mechanic on site of $125 didnt include a $50 service call fee that came as a surprise when the mechanic showed up to do the work. The installation mechanic did do a complete neat installation and was courteous

ON time and capable repair of belt problem. Tech was knowledgeable and capable and working in the heat got the job done quickly as possible. Given age of system had all parts other then motor replaced. This would be a 5 star but I thought the repairs were a little pricy.

The sensor was misaligned. He fixed it in a heartbeat. He did a survey and pointed out some worn parts, such as springs, cable, and rollers. I agreed to the maintenance and he fixed them all in about two hours. Good service. Thanks.

Precision Door Services replaced the keypad for out garage door opener and we were very satisfied with the expert service and we received. I had a garage door overhaul. The tech was very knowledgeable and proficient. The tech was honest and informative. The only thing I totally dislike was the "Energy Surcharge" which was never mentioned and was found buried in the invoice. It was $15. It ruined a perfect 5 star rating that I would give. I would question it if you plan to use Precision. I have no idea what "energy" I paid for.

Not happy about having to pay another $400 but the service techs did a excellent job and tried to find a way to fix the original door opener. The door installation crew of three worked very rapidly and resolved problems as they progressed. I feel the problem with the door opener should have been detected during the final tests of the door by Barry. They seemed to be in a hurry to move on to the next job. Regards, Chuck Tanner
