I was very please with Clayton Hall. He did an excellent job. Was very informative and explained every thing. I didn't think I needed so much but since my equipment was from 1999 when my unit was built and the only time anything was fixed was the coil. I'm guessing I got my moneys worth. The young man who came to my garage were very professional and courteous. Precision sent out a technician within a couple hours of my call, which was very convenient. Corey was very helpful and walked me through the issue and the cost. I had considered getting a second estimate, but Corey was able to offer a break in price. My garage door ultimately needed to be fixed with new springs, rollers, etc. Corey completed the whole thing in a couple hours. He was very professional and trustworthy. I would recommend Precision to anyone looking for help with their garage door.

Rob did a great job he explained how the garage door system worked to me. The issue was the door springs not balancing the door weight. Rob replaced the springs the the door worked like new. He was early to the appointment and finished the work quickly. I would use Precision Door again and recommend them to my neighbors.
