I called service when my garage door wouldn't close. First, I want to again thank the person who answered the phone and calmly walked me through the manual override to get it shut. She scheduled and appointment for the next day. The technicians (Leigh & Casey) arrived as scheduled and got right to work. They took care of the problem and also inspected the rest of the door. Leigh made some suggestions to"make it better". I totally agreed! They took care of it right away without having to come back. Very professional, knowledgeable and personable technicians. I appreciate all of their efforts. JOB WELL DONE!!!

I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The representative that set up my appointment was attentive to my concerns and helpful at getting me on the schedule quickly. The technician called prior to being on sight, and walked me through the details of the full repair that was needed. All together a great experience. I will be using you in the future, and recommending your company.

The Technician, Chris Green, very knowledgeable and curious. He started off with exam of the system which was 4 years old and installed by precision and then showed me what needed attention. I already knew the spring system would need adjustment having gone through this procedure previously. Replaced what needed to be replace at reasonable cost. I know to lube the trolley system, have not done this for 2 years. He informed me of a yearly maintenance plan that will perform that service for me at a reasonable price. I have made referral to people in the past regarding Precision Garage door service.

Chris was prompt and professional. He conducted a thorough inspection of the door and opener system and made specific recommendations to improve the function of the door. Chris was particularly careful to properly size the new springs and he removed a twist in the chain that periodically caused the door to fail to close. Door is now much quieter and works well. I would definitely use Precision for any future door repairs. Thanks!

Prompt and on time. Keith the technician was professional in appearance and performance. Called them for a broken spring but we needed more than just that. He even tried to do a repair to the lift motor instead of just saying we had to have a new one. Ended up replacing it anyway. They honored the on-line discount coupon we had printed. I thoroughly recommend Keith and the company. Dave D.
