My door malfunctioned on a Friday and thought I"d have to wait till Monday! Called Precision and they arrived early for their 4 pm appt. In 45 mins door was fixed and working better than before. Tech Clayton and trainee Jay were courteous, very pleasant and focused on their work. Would recommend Precision any time all the time.

The repair was very good..Pricing was more than expected, but the quality of the repair parts was of a higher level than the former firm used. I would definitely recommend them and in the words of the tech..."you probably will never see me again". Being elderly maybe had something to do with it???

They were fantastic! I had an emergency situation on a weekend and they took my call late Friday night and scheduled me first thing in the morning. The training manager came out and was very friendly and knew right what to do to fix the problem. These folks are very knowledgable and get the job done in a timely fashion. The technician who assisted us (Keith) was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. This is our second time using Precision to service our garage door. Both experiences have been fantastic. Making the appointment was easy and we received an appointment the same day. We have been lucky to have Rob as our technician both times. He was very friendly and explained everything in detail to both myself and my wife. Within an hour our garage door was back and perfect working order. The price was about what we had expected for parts and service. Unfortunately for Precision, I seem to have problems with my garage door either on weekends or Holidays. Fortunately for me, I have Precision for my garage door service. During the Memorial Day Holidays, on Sunday, my garage door stopped working. As with every other problem, the Technician arrived with a smile on his face and ready to get to work. "Cory" explained the problem, quickly repaired the problem, and left with a very positive attitude and a smile on his face. These people are awesome and their work and efficiency is second to none. I can only say that with Precision you not only get outstanding service, you actually end up with a smile on your face and feeling better when they leave. They are the best.

Leigh came out at appointed time. Knew problem with 5 minutes. Needed new belt which he installed with an hour and adjusted. Have used precision door before an installing of opener and will use only them in the future.
