Your rep/tech was prompt, knowledgeable, and helpful...I initially called due to a broken spring that had resulted in additional damage to the door that rendered it undesirable and since he showed me that I could replace the door for not much more than the repair would cost and give me a hurricane resistant door I ordered a new one through him...The original door was likely as old as the 55 year old house...I hope he will be the rep to return for the installation..

I went to thank ROB for being a professorial installer. Everything we asked for he was able to give us. He came to install a garage door open and key pad. and as I spoke to him he made me feel he knew his job well. We were able to get the garage opener and key pad and also explained to us how we could have one key pad for both doors. all the work was done to our standards. No mess left in garage. Thank You Rob for such a good job My rating is a 5 or 10

I would highly recommend your service. The installers name was Lee and I found him to be very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly fixed my broken spring problem and reviewed all of my options with me. He understood that because of money problems on my part we could not do all of the necessary work at this time.
