Saw their add in local Port Saint Lucie magazine. Service was professional and informative. I had been told by another company that I could not get a hurricane proof door because the ribs on it would prevent me from fitting my cars in because of an already tight fit. Precision guaranteed I could still get the cars in and DELIVERED! Saves me from putting up steel panels. GREAT JOB! LIFETIME WARRANTY. TRANSFERABLE.

Keith arrived on time when promised, made appropriate adjustments, lubricated the door, and gave very satisfying service. We are pleased with his attitude, skill in diagnosing and making needed adjustments.

Precision Door was great. The service tech showed up on time (he called me to let me know he was on his way); he installed the key pad I'd requested quickly and competently (and showed me how to change the code if needed) and he replaced a door roller that had broken; and, we had a productive talk about garage doors, hurricanes, and insurance. He was very knowledgeable and I appreciated the information. I'll definitely call Precision Door when I'm ready to replace my garage door.

My technician Casey was professional and courteous. He took time to explain the remote system and showed on time. I might add that our neighborhood experienced some car vandalism and one of our garage door openers was taken early this morning. I called today and Casey was at my door within hours. I have already referred Casey to a family friend.

I was very pleased with the entire experience I had with Precision Door. From scheduling an appointment, to receiving an e-mail confirming my appointment along with letting me know who my technician (Clayton) would be, his arrival time, his picture and a brief bio. Clayton arrived prior to the scheduled appointment time, which in my experience with technicians is very rare, yet was very much appreciated. Clayton was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. He fully explained the service, repair and cost that would be required to resolve my garage door issue. I encounted a problem with the operation of our garage door. It appeared that our belt was worn and would need replacement. My husband marked several adds in the Moneysaver magazine. I perused the adds and liked the add for Precision Garage Doors. I called on Monday and they had a technician coming on Tuesday. He actually called and came earlier which worked out for us great. I had an appt but my husband met Neil and they discussed the problems with the door. A repair and price were agreed and Neil immediately began replacing the worn parts on the opener. He was quite knowledgeable and efficient. I came home and he pointed out the problems, some of which I had noticed. The repair included replacing the track, belt, rollers, springs, and anything else that was needed. When Neil was done and tested the door, we were surprised how quiet and efficient the door now opened. Neil was courteous and friendly throughout the repair. We felt good that the work was being done so well and know that we can look forward to a fully operational garage door for a good time to come. Thanks for the excellent service that was afforded to us. We will certainly recommend this company to our friends and neighbors.

We needed to have the springs replaced on our garage door. Brent was our technician and he is a super nice guy and very knowledgeable. He showed up on time and finished the job quickly. He also recommended that we replace other parts on the door that were old and gave us the pricing options. We went ahead and took one of his recommendations and changed the rollers as well. The difference in the noise level when the door opens/closes is amazing! I am very happy overall.

Because it was Saturday I was worried that no one be working. I think I was transferred to corporate as the phone made 3 switches. The lady answering the phone was one of the most efficient and happy sounding person that I have talked to since I came to Fl. She sent Keith Couch to repair the door and he was knowledgeable and extremely fast. Again, he actually acted like he enjoyed what he was doing even though it was Saturday. Fantastic service. Casey C. was very very professional and knowledgeable. The chat feature on the site allowed me to schedule our door repair at 6am on a Saturday, from bed, with an appointment for 11am the same day. I've never seen a local company with such regard for the customer's convenience. I am a marketing consultant for a Fortune 500 company and can say these guys get everything right. I called in the morning and was given an appt by early afternoon. Casey and Clayton were sent to repair a broken spring. They were on time, gave a courtesy arrival time call when getting near. They did an evaluation with some good suggestions which I decided to have done. An hour later all work was finished and garage door was very quiet and worked like new. I was extremely impressed with the courtesy, knowledge and efficiency of both Casey and Clayton. Thank you very much. I highly recommend this company. I would give more stars if I could.
