I called Precision to help fix my garage door when my belt was stripped, which prevented the door to go up or down. Within 30 minutes of calling on a Sunday, Casey, a service representative with Precision, arrived at my home. Casey was extremely friendly and professional. Casey provided me with multiple options on the repairs that could be made, and never pressured us into making a decision. Casey made the required repairs extremely fast, and explained to me the process on installing a new belt. Casey provided exceptional customer service, and portrayed expert knowledge on garage door repairs. Casey was great. He was ahead of schedule so called me to see if he could come over early or just at the scheduled time. Very polite, quickly assessed the issue and gave me a quote on the repair. Since all my parts were on warranty all I had to pay was a small reasonable labor charge. Garage door is as good as new in less than an hour. Incredible great service!
