Door roller separated from track. Called Precision and received friendly prompt scheduling for repair on a Saturday afternoon. Within less than 2 hours Jonathan arrived and had replaced rollers within the track and performed routine maintenance and safety checks on both doors. He also successfully reprogrammed an inoperative garage door opener for us with ease and a smile. We were so pleased with his outstanding performance.
