What a pleasant experience it was dealing with Precision Garage Door! Had a new garage door opener installed by ShaRaad , Jason and Travis. I give them 5 gold stars!!! They were courteous, highly skilled and totally professional. I can’t even hear the garage door when it opens and closes!!! Thank you all for a great job! I highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

The service man who came out was courteous, knowledgeable and proficient. He inspected everything and did the annual maintenance service for me. At no time did he try to up sell me for anything. I will continue using Precision Door for future maintenance and eventually upgrading my door opener.

Made an appointment....they showed up on time for a checkup on my door, did the maintenance ....and were more than helpful explaining my system, what my garage door needed and lubed the tracks, etc. I can't say enough about the great service, pointers and insight. Brian arrived early (after calling to confirm it was ok). The objective of his service was to replace the door rollers and to replace the rope that disengages the door from the opener. The original rope (door only 6 yrs old) was about as strong as dental floss and broke up in the travel device on first use a couple years ago. Brian's replacement of the door rollers was highly satisfactory. The door is much quieter. He however, had no solution on how to replace the rope. He was reluctant to remove the five screws visible from the bottom of where the rope appears to be fastened and see what could be done. He told me the cost for that effort would be $60 per hr. and he was not familiar with that device. The only future solution offered was to replace the entire motor at a cost of more than $600 for a $1 rope. For this reason, I cannot give 5 stars.

Your Installer was on time, researched our issue, explained in detail the problem. Gave us a price for new garage door opener (all in price) so we were able to make a decision regarding replacement immediately. Lonny the repair tech came to my home. My garage door is 30 years old and the springs finally broke. He gave me several options on what he can do, and after seeing what he pointed out to me I chose to do more than just change the springs. Did the rollers/changed the door wheels from the old metal ones (one was even rusted stuck) to new one/ and new bearings. Door works like it was new again and just a bit quieter as the wheels are new and not metal anymore. He did a great job.

We did the quieting package and what a great difference. The door used to sound like we were torturing the neighbors cat and now smooth and quiet is the way to describe the opening/closing. They were quick, courteous, and did a great job describing the workings of the door and springs and where our problem areas were. This service was worth way more than to cost.
