My 13 year old Wayne Dalton garage door opener finally died over the weekend. It was noisy and temperamental and I was ready to replace it even if it hadn't died completely. When I called and explained my problem I got scheduled very quickly. I wasn't expecting such fast same-day service. The technician actually was able to come earlier than originally scheduled. When he arrived we discussed the unit I had and what I needed to get back to a working garage door. He was ready to begin immediately and I was thrilled to not have to wait to be rescheduled. It was a big task and the technician worked continuously for more than 3 hours. The attention to detail of the entire installation was outstanding. The technician even stayed to help me program the Homelink in both my cars. I really appreciate great service and this was as good as it gets.

It was a pleasure to have Neal as the installer of our belt drive opener. He is friendly, personable, easy going and it was clear he possess expert knowledge of his trade. Before he did anything he inspected our 10 year old door, springs and rollers. As you would expect they were not in the best of shape. It was clear he has an expert level of knowledge as he explained why each component should be replaced. Nothing pisses me off more when someone tries the high pressure sale techniques. I do not take kindly to that kind of bull crap. If you cannot convince me of something without trying to engage my emotions, at als then you get a no sale. Neal did none of that. His explanations were detailed and matter of fact, stating the general lifespans of these components and what to expect. It was his demeanor that is most appreciated. He expertise is oblivious and when he tells you something you should heed what he says.

On 19, April 2015, my 11 year old garage door opener bit the dust. Within a short time Rob S. arrived, gave me my options (repair or replace), my decision to replace. He then proceeded to install my new opener and in short order was finished. A fine job accomplished on a Sunday afternoon! Definitely a five star performance.

Neil was prompt, pleasant, and efficient. When it was determined that i needed a new unit, he installed it in short order, and instructed me in its' use. He maintained he professional demeanor even after he accidentally broke the plastic cover while installing the bulb, and quickly apologized and promised to return the following morning to replace the cover, which he did. All in all, I had a good experience with your company, and Neil, your representative.

Very impressive. Our technician's name was Rob. He waved as he drove up and parked purposely on the road so as not to break the driveway pavers. When surveying what needed to be done, Rob pointed out exactly what was damaged and needed replacement. After my garage door broke, Neil from Precision temporarily repaired the door so I could still safely use it by replacing the broken spring with a loaner spring. On January 23, 2015, I had Precision install a new garage door with keypad entry. I used Precision because of the very high recommendation from my General Contractor Gary from Gary Thompson Homes. The results were exactly as my contractor said they would be. Precision did an excellent job with all aspects of the installation at a good price. After some time, I had difficulty programming the keypad and they sent out Kevin WITHIN AN HOUR of the call to make it work at no charge! Very professional and friendly team at Precision!
