I am a senior citizen and Neal treated me with respect and kindness. He cleaned up everything before he left. Clay quickly established what was wrong with my garage door and offered me two levels of estimates 1. fix it to work with a lesser warranty 2. fix it and service the entire door for the springs and tracks to support the weight of the reinforced door and warranty the parts for life for a higher price. Less than two hours later, I had a perfectly working and safe garage door with lifetime warranty parts. I am completely happy!

We have done business with Precision previously. For that reason, it was a "no-brainier" when our current garage doors needed service. I called and was able to make an appointment for the same day. The technician made a point of calling me to keep me informed of his progress toward my appointment, and showed up on time. He took the time to explain to me exactly the problems I was having with my door, told me exactly how he intended to repair it, and went about doing exactly that. When complete, I was so impressed with his work that I went on and authorized him to preform preventive maintenance on the other door. Repairs were made promptly and professionally. I was amazed at the difference! I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors!

On a rainy night after work, I pushed the button to close the garage door - it came off the track and mangled!! In a panic I called Precision Door and Corey was in my driveway in 30 minutes!! He temporarily fixed the door to safely keep in closed and scheduled a full repair within 2 days.
