Mickey's Bio:
He was born in Fayetteville, NC, but raised in Alaska and Washington State. Gradually, he worked his way down South where he went to college in Atlanta, GA for computer networking and security. He has built every desktop PC that he has ever owned. He used to build and maintain servers, for Mercury Ocean LLC, in Myrtle Beach, SC as well. Mickey loves to read and do jigsaw puzzles, when he is not busy with a computer, and he also loves solving Sudoku puzzles. Dungeons and Dragons is by far his biggest hobby since he has been playing it for over 20 years. Mickey loves a good joke and doesn't mind making anyone laugh. He also loves to cook.

We have used Precision to replace springs and rollers.a great job was done. That was 10 years ago. Precision is the only one I would use. For that repair to last that long. This repair was a complete overhaul replacing springs drums cables and rollers. It was done in a timely fashion. I will recommend precision to all my friends and family. Great job Precision! Job well done.

Thank you very much Precision Door. A spring broke on our garage door at 4 PM. We couldn't get the door open and we had two cars inside the garage. Thank you for a quick response, they came out the very next day and showed up early even. Very knowledgable about the garage door opener and diagnosed the logic board as being bad. We had just bought this from a local big box hardware store, and upon trying to install it ourselves was not able to get the wifi to link to our phones as well as the safety beams not working and the main bar being too short for our 8-foot door. He was in and done within an hour. Next time I'll let the professionals handle this.

I contacted Precision to have the annual maintenance done on my garage door opener that I purchased from them My appointment was for 9 AM on a Saturday. The service technician arrived right at 9 AM and did the maintenance, going over everything and giving me good advice for future use of my garage door.
