Mickey's Bio:
He was born in Fayetteville, NC, but raised in Alaska and Washington State. Gradually, he worked his way down South where he went to college in Atlanta, GA for computer networking and security. He has built every desktop PC that he has ever owned. He used to build and maintain servers, for Mercury Ocean LLC, in Myrtle Beach, SC as well. Mickey loves to read and do jigsaw puzzles, when he is not busy with a computer, and he also loves solving Sudoku puzzles. Dungeons and Dragons is by far his biggest hobby since he has been playing it for over 20 years. Mickey loves a good joke and doesn't mind making anyone laugh. He also loves to cook.

Excellent service! Garage spring snapped, cars were trapped inside. I called 5 different businesses and Precision was the only one that could be here today. Very happy. Garage door had a total meltdown, both springs gone, I called Precision Doors they came out right away, assessed the situation and gave me three quotes for levels of services. I opted to do a total overhaul of the door, new springs, new everything and it was fixed in 2 hours. Could not be happier, should have called them for regular maintenance!

Mickey and his partner arrived within 2 hours of my call. It was very plain to see that these guys were experts; their team work was something to behold!. Our old belt Chamberlain opener bit the dust, and within one hour it was replaced with a new LiftMaster Belt drive garage door opener and new lift cables. Then everything was checked, doors and torsion spring lubricated, wireless opener set on smart phone, and both cars programmed. Count me as a "Happy Camper" and I highly recommend Precision! Precision's tech was right on time very friendly and knew his product well. The only reason for not giving a five star rating is because the cost of the repair was quite high. Parts totaled (if I buy them and they are comparable to the ones Precision used) would come to a total of $180. This would be two springs, ten nylon rollers, and the cable and drum assembly.) My total cost for Precision came to $664.00. That means that the labor came to more than $464.00 and the technician was in and out in less than two hours. If my numbers are incorrect please let me know. Unfortunately, I did not have time for a second pricing however did talk to a local company afterward and they would have done the same job for under $400.00.
