Two months ago we ordered a very special custom golf cart, which we were very excited about getting. On Monday, Aug 26, our cart was delivered; however, when the delivery person drove it into our garage we discovered that it was much taller than our previous one and could not be driven in without the bottom of the garage door scraping the top of the cart. Imagine our shock and disappointment when this happened. We decided to call Precision because they had done work for us in the past. We were hoping they could find a solution. Not only were they able to schedule someone (Mickey) to come the next morning, he was able to be at our house at 8 am. He immediately recognized a way to resolve the problem and was able to do an overhaul on the door, which solved the problem. He said the incident was probably a blessing in disguise because the door is 14 years old and could cause problems in the future. Mickey was very professional and did an excellent job. I had technician, Mickey, here this morning for general maintenance and an inspection because it had been three years since my last service. He found the door to be out of balance and reset torsion spring assembly. Door works much easier now. Less wear and tear on the garage door opener mechanism. Very pleased. Mickey is a good guy!

I called 9:30 in the morning to make an appointment for a technician to come to my house to repair my garage door opener. I was told a technician would be a my house between 11am and 1pm. The technician arrived at 10:45 and within 15 minutes he was able to determine I need to replace my garage door opener. He had a new garage door opener installed and operating by noon. I have never experienced this quality of service from any other business.
