I was a repeat Precision customer, since they installed my garage door 11 years ago. When my 16-year old opener failed, I called them. They were able to send technicians within a few hours, and the techs called when they were on their way. After showing me what was wrong, they gave me the option of repair or replacement, explaining the price for both. I chose to have them install a new opener, which they did quickly and efficiently. They were professional, polite and considerate, and answered all my questions. Very happy with Rob and George, and Precision.
