On 19, April 2015, my 11 year old garage door opener bit the dust. Within a short time Rob S. arrived, gave me my options (repair or replace), my decision to replace. He then proceeded to install my new opener and in short order was finished. A fine job accomplished on a Sunday afternoon! Definitely a five star performance.

Very impressive. Our technician's name was Rob. He waved as he drove up and parked purposely on the road so as not to break the driveway pavers. When surveying what needed to be done, Rob pointed out exactly what was damaged and needed replacement. I had essentially taken the door out of service for 4 years by building an interior wall in front of it after removing the torsion spring. Robert S came out and assessed all the parts I saved, and put the door back into operation on the same day. The door works as quiet as when it was first installed. Precision did a great job installing it years ago the first time so I didn't consider anyone else for this task. Precision didn't let me down.

I can't believe someone actually answered the phone on a Sunday. Technician was out first thing Monday morning and by 10:00 am garage door was working again. Never has a service call been answered so quickly. Within 1/2 hour of calling Rob was here, he discovered the problem, serviced the door opener, added an outside access panel all for $104!!!! AWESOME is all I can say for Rob and his company. Thank you for your knowledge and a job well done.
