It is a really smart move to put your sticker right on the garage door. When mine stopped working yesterday I looked up(in despair) and lo and behold! I saw your sticker and the best part was that you don't charge extra for weekend appointments. Thanks for that. Rob was great too. Thank goodness I did not need any major repairs. I really appreciate that he provided an honest assessment of what was needed and didn't take advantage of my emergency situation to try to upcharge or sell me a new garage door. This is good business practice but, sadly, in this day and age, good business practice is a rarity. Just wanted to let you know I would definetely recommend you to anyone who needs garage door maintenance or even a new garage door......and dont stop putting your stickers on your doors! AND kudos to Rob.

Door was getting to the 8 year plus mark and would wake the dead when opened or closed. Knew I needed repairs and soon. No power during hurricane and could not open door without help...springs were sprung! Read some reviews and after putting off calling spotted a Precision truck in the area. Called in and got a tech (Neil) to come over ASAP. He checked the door, gave me a written quote with full explanation. Normally I get several quotes but I already knew this was right in line. As I and my wife work I was ready for a bad answer when I asked when it could be done.....the answer shocked me!!!!!!! Right now was the reply. He rocked the repair, showed me all the bad parts, showed me the new stuff, demonstrated all repairs and PRESTO I have a new system....well not all new but the parts that were in need of replacement,,, not only that I purchased a full warranty for the system of parts he had replaced. Price was right, service was over the top and the door is so quiet I have to go and watch it to make sure it is moving. Thanks Team Precision.

I encounted a problem with the operation of our garage door. It appeared that our belt was worn and would need replacement. My husband marked several adds in the Moneysaver magazine. I perused the adds and liked the add for Precision Garage Doors. I called on Monday and they had a technician coming on Tuesday. He actually called and came earlier which worked out for us great. I had an appt but my husband met Neil and they discussed the problems with the door. A repair and price were agreed and Neil immediately began replacing the worn parts on the opener. He was quite knowledgeable and efficient. I came home and he pointed out the problems, some of which I had noticed. The repair included replacing the track, belt, rollers, springs, and anything else that was needed. When Neil was done and tested the door, we were surprised how quiet and efficient the door now opened. Neil was courteous and friendly throughout the repair. We felt good that the work was being done so well and know that we can look forward to a fully operational garage door for a good time to come. Thanks for the excellent service that was afforded to us. We will certainly recommend this company to our friends and neighbors.

We needed to have the springs replaced on our garage door. Brent was our technician and he is a super nice guy and very knowledgeable. He showed up on time and finished the job quickly. He also recommended that we replace other parts on the door that were old and gave us the pricing options. We went ahead and took one of his recommendations and changed the rollers as well. The difference in the noise level when the door opens/closes is amazing! I am very happy overall.
