Garage door pulleys broke down, so I called the # of the installer, located on a sticker, on the garage door. They showed up on time and had the repair done in an hour. Door works as it should now. Great job Precision!

I would highly recommend your service. The installers name was Lee and I found him to be very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly fixed my broken spring problem and reviewed all of my options with me. He understood that because of money problems on my part we could not do all of the necessary work at this time. I had a garage door overhaul. The tech was very knowledgeable and proficient. The tech was honest and informative. The only thing I totally dislike was the "Energy Surcharge" which was never mentioned and was found buried in the invoice. It was $15. It ruined a perfect 5 star rating that I would give. I would question it if you plan to use Precision. I have no idea what "energy" I paid for.

I was recommended by a former employee. However I was getting upsold and when I spoke to the former employee and current at the same time the current one got upset that I wasn't getting the overhaul and only springs. The new springs work great!

Hands down the best service I have ever received! Spring broke, rollers were shot, cables almost broken, and I got two new garage door openers. Called as soon as they opened and got a same day appointment and the tech Corey was awesome and early. He walked me through what he saw and gave me three recommendations. Within a couple of hours they came out on a Monday morning and replaced the broken springs, and tuned the action up. Door never worked smoother by the time they left.
