I wanted to see if Precision could install a garage door opener,it couldn't be done but the technician fixed my garage door,much better than it was.

Precision was contacted for door repair. Door would not go up or down completely. I was told it would be 2 days for tech to come out. Tech “Chris” arrived on time. He did survey of door and moving components. He provided me with options for repairs. Unbeknownst to him nor I, the garage motor (15 years old) had went bad. Also spring was broken. I was provided a quote for new opener and getting my garage door working again. Included in quote was also Veterans Discount. Although only 3% it was a small savings. ???????? “Chris” installed the new opener and all other components without having to leave for parts run. He also programmed opener to sync with my vehicle. Only thing I noticed was the inside door opener and the keypad opener on outside of garage were out of square approximately 1/8” + which to the eye is noticeable. (Not level) I’d wish I’d paid closer attention to this but can be fixed. “Chris” was polite, professional and worked deligently. Total cost was over $1000 parts and labor. The LiftMaster opener is WiFi which I absolutely love. The warranty on opener is 5 years. As of this writing I would recommend considering Precision but as a smart customer get estimates. I did not as I used Precision solely based on they had worked on old opener when home was owned by different owner.
