I was skeptical when my wife told me about this company but I m so glad I did not disagree, they are professional and they even made it on time to the appointment which is rare. The job was simple and their price was fair, I have the same problem in the last and they always overcharge me for it, not this time. It is a really smart move to put your sticker right on the garage door. When mine stopped working yesterday I looked up(in despair) and lo and behold! I saw your sticker and the best part was that you don't charge extra for weekend appointments. Thanks for that. Rob was great too. Thank goodness I did not need any major repairs. I really appreciate that he provided an honest assessment of what was needed and didn't take advantage of my emergency situation to try to upcharge or sell me a new garage door. This is good business practice but, sadly, in this day and age, good business practice is a rarity. Just wanted to let you know I would definetely recommend you to anyone who needs garage door maintenance or even a new garage door......and dont stop putting your stickers on your doors! AND kudos to Rob.

Door was getting to the 8 year plus mark and would wake the dead when opened or closed. Knew I needed repairs and soon. No power during hurricane and could not open door without help...springs were sprung! Read some reviews and after putting off calling spotted a Precision truck in the area. Called in and got a tech (Neil) to come over ASAP. He checked the door, gave me a written quote with full explanation. Normally I get several quotes but I already knew this was right in line. As I and my wife work I was ready for a bad answer when I asked when it could be done.....the answer shocked me!!!!!!! Right now was the reply. He rocked the repair, showed me all the bad parts, showed me the new stuff, demonstrated all repairs and PRESTO I have a new system....well not all new but the parts that were in need of replacement,,, not only that I purchased a full warranty for the system of parts he had replaced. Price was right, service was over the top and the door is so quiet I have to go and watch it to make sure it is moving. Thanks Team Precision.

Hands down the best service I have ever received! Spring broke, rollers were shot, cables almost broken, and I got two new garage door openers. Called as soon as they opened and got a same day appointment and the tech Corey was awesome and early. He walked me through what he saw and gave me three recommendations.
