I had a garage door overhaul. The tech was very knowledgeable and proficient. The tech was honest and informative. The only thing I totally dislike was the "Energy Surcharge" which was never mentioned and was found buried in the invoice. It was $15. It ruined a perfect 5 star rating that I would give. I would question it if you plan to use Precision. I have no idea what "energy" I paid for.

I was recommended by a former employee. However I was getting upsold and when I spoke to the former employee and current at the same time the current one got upset that I wasn't getting the overhaul and only springs. The new springs work great!

John from Precision called ahead and arrived promptly and got right to work. I have a very old garage door opener and John was able to spruce it up for me so it now works perfectlly! He also made some adjustments to my garage door making it work smoother and quieter! Much appreciate the good and honest service!

Hands down the best service I have ever received! Spring broke, rollers were shot, cables almost broken, and I got two new garage door openers. Called as soon as they opened and got a same day appointment and the tech Corey was awesome and early. He walked me through what he saw and gave me three recommendations. He answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease. I would definitely recommend! Call this company first, don't waste your time elsewhere.
