Mr.Neil came as promise, as soon as he came out the truck I noticed his energy which was welcome. The first thing he did was introduce himself and put me at ease and insured that these things happens all the time my problem was not a problem and that gave me the tranquility I needed to continue, then explained and illustrated the part which he would replace and what it would cost; he gave me a few minutes to decide and after that he went to work with a smile on his face and taking and explaining the whole time he encourage me to stay at the site and share what he was doing step by step. I was so impressed with Josh that I called after he completed the repair and spoke to his manager that he was very professional, friendly and took the time to explain all the repairs needed and never pressured to have any of them done. I owned my own business for over 30 years and know when you have a "GEM" of an employee like Josh he is a real asset to your company. The door now works BETTER then the day it was installed in 2006. I had 2 other companies come to repair the door and neither one ever fixed the issues. I will use Precision/Josh for any future repairs or replacements if and when needed.
