I have used Precision on several occasions. The latest was above and beyond. Our garage door was locked closed when a leak in the roof flooded out the opener's electronics. We called Precision at 8:30 pm and they responded that night at about 10:pm. They considered it an emergency for us to be trapped in at our advanced age. Precision repairman was courteous, efficient and reasonably priced.

I found Neil to be very professional and caring about my needs. He was not a pushy salesman, he was an experienced technician. I had called about a broken spring and had some roller problems also, my garage door equipmewnt is 12 years old. I compared the prices quoted and decided my best option was the "overhaul package", why have to make a call for something else another time. Now I have a lifetime warranty on all the moving parts of my garage door. I highly recommend Precision and Neil in particlar, definetly 5 stars

We purchased a garage door opener and needed installation and were pleased with how quickly an appointment was arranged. Our technician was Neal Trepanier, and we were very pleased with his professionalism and expertise. He made suggestions of parts needed for our 20 year old system - spring, rollers and bearing plates. The installation was completed in approximately two hours. Neal was not only knowledgeable, but also very personable and patient as he explained the "workings" of the new system. Thanks to Neal and Precision for our smooth and safe opening garage door!

The service performed was outstanding and done at very reasonable cost. My service tech was Rob Stephenson. He was polite, courteous, professional, neat and finished up replacing the rollers and lubricating the doors in about 1 hour. He is now at my next door neighbor's house based upon my recommendation. My 13 year old Wayne Dalton garage door opener finally died over the weekend. It was noisy and temperamental and I was ready to replace it even if it hadn't died completely. When I called and explained my problem I got scheduled very quickly. I wasn't expecting such fast same-day service. The technician actually was able to come earlier than originally scheduled. When he arrived we discussed the unit I had and what I needed to get back to a working garage door. He was ready to begin immediately and I was thrilled to not have to wait to be rescheduled. It was a big task and the technician worked continuously for more than 3 hours. The attention to detail of the entire installation was outstanding. The technician even stayed to help me program the Homelink in both my cars. I really appreciate great service and this was as good as it gets.

It was a pleasure to have Neal as the installer of our belt drive opener. He is friendly, personable, easy going and it was clear he possess expert knowledge of his trade. Before he did anything he inspected our 10 year old door, springs and rollers. As you would expect they were not in the best of shape. It was clear he has an expert level of knowledge as he explained why each component should be replaced. Nothing pisses me off more when someone tries the high pressure sale techniques. I do not take kindly to that kind of bull crap. If you cannot convince me of something without trying to engage my emotions, at als then you get a no sale. Neal did none of that. His explanations were detailed and matter of fact, stating the general lifespans of these components and what to expect. It was his demeanor that is most appreciated. He expertise is oblivious and when he tells you something you should heed what he says.

My garage door opener stopped working one day after a lightning storm because it fried the main circuit board. Ordered an opener and thought I should have a professional look at the doors condition before installing a new opener on an old door. So I looked in the "Savings in St. Lucie" magazine and called for an appointment they sent a technician the next day. Neal the technician informed me of all that was wrong with my door. Also went over all my options to bring it back to a like new condition that would give it up to ten years of worry free operation. His professional way of explaining helped me make an informed decision on spending the additional money now on overhauling the doors working components would save on multiple service calls in the future and possibly damaging the new opener I just bought. The opener he installed was a Liftmaster 8500 which is not your normal chain drive overhead opener. It mounts on the side of the doors spring shaft and connects onto it. Neal took his time to installed all new supporting equipment that this opener is kitted with so that all safety measures are in place. My scrutinizing nature isn't easily impressed because I've been a helicopter mechanic for over 15 years, however His attention to detail and skill really impressed me!
