I was so impressed with Josh that I called after he completed the repair and spoke to his manager that he was very professional, friendly and took the time to explain all the repairs needed and never pressured to have any of them done. I owned my own business for over 30 years and know when you have a "GEM" of an employee like Josh he is a real asset to your company. The door now works BETTER then the day it was installed in 2006. I had 2 other companies come to repair the door and neither one ever fixed the issues. I will use Precision/Josh for any future repairs or replacements if and when needed. It is rare in today's service industry to find a person who is knowledgeable, professional and completes the job as he described. Josh is truly, in my opinion, one of a kind. I will recommend Precision to anyone looking to have their garaged door repaired or replaced. Josh, thank you for a job well done.

We called on Sunday night for our garage door. It wouldn t go up or down. They scheduled an appointment for us Monday 2-4. Around 2 o'clock Neal called and stayed he was running behind and said he would be here 3 to 4. He arrived at 3. I was very happy that he called and let us know when he was coming. I didn't expect a call because they said 2 to 4, so that was a huge plus. He introduced himself and very personable. My son moved some stuff out of the way for him and he evaluated what needed to get done. He recommended some stuff and we took his recommendations. He really knew what he was talking about. He called my husband on speaker and explained to him what needed to get done and cost. The price was acceptable with the parts and amount of time it took him to. Fix it. When he was done we put the garage door up and down. It was soooo quiet and even my son was like "its not going to wake me up at night anymore" there were a few adjustments he needed to make but wouldn't leave until I was satisfied. Neal was a great guy and i recommend him and Precision to help you with your garage door needs. Definately going to call them in the future! Thank you, Neal!

I called at 7 a.m. and the excellent customer service started right then. They were accommodating of my schedule, offering a choice of appointment times. Jake was here as scheduled, he was professional and he had no problem answering all of my questions. I would highly recommend. As far as those reviewers complaining about cost...you get what you pay for....and I did not find their service to be expensive.

I never expected to spend over $600 to fix the broken springs but Neil explained thoroughly the advantages of taking care of the other parts that were not working properly. The LifeTime warranty on the parts that he replaced was definitely the factor that prompted me to spend all this money. Neil was very courteous and knowledgeable, he did a great job. I hope that I won't have to call you back anytime soon to repair anything but if I do, I expect your support. Thank you.

I called a few months back and told the technician that there was an electrical issue with our garage door. It was an intermittent issue with it not working all the time. He proceeded to "sell" us new rollers, spring, permanent sensor boxes, etc. We spent over $700 on these items. And a few days later the same problem starting occurring. I called Precision again to let them know that the garage door wasn't closing and they came out and diagnosed the problem (which was a staple in the wiring). I believe this should have been diagnosed the first go round, as I explained it was an electrical issue, not a roller/spring etc. issue. But what really upset me was the technician charged me $19.95 for the call!
