Thank you for a quick response, they came out the very next day and showed up early even. Very knowledgable about the garage door opener and diagnosed the logic board as being bad. We had just bought this from a local big box hardware store, and upon trying to install it ourselves was not able to get the wifi to link to our phones as well as the safety beams not working and the main bar being too short for our 8-foot door. He was in and done within an hour. Next time I'll let the professionals handle this.

Great service! I was really happy that your staff worked on Saturday because we could not get our cars out of the garage. One spring was broken and the extra weight of the hurricane protection and insulation made it too heavy to raise manually. I was even more delighted that you were able to get Bryan over here later in the day and he did a great job of installing new springs and bearings. He was very polite,friendly and courteous. When I called and heard your description of the steps you are taking to avoid exposure to CID-19 I was comforted and impressed. Later in the evening when I remembered signing off with my finger on his Ipad I thought "I wonder if he disinfected the screen after the previous customer had signed the same screen". I also assume that he disinfected his hands after the earlier job since he handled my credit card. I have no reason to think he didn't take these precautions but thought I should mention this. Outstanding Customer Service delivered by Bryan Hewitson. We typically have our garage doors serviced (preventive maintenance) annually and this technician exceeded all expectations. He explained the spring repair process and patiently answered all our questions specifically when we decided to select the overhaul of moving parts option based on the age of our garage door. Was very polite and not pushy. Definitely did not rush the repair and overhaul. Attention to detail was evident and made sure we were satisfied with the work prior to departure. Will use this company again in the future.

My 20 year old garage door mechanism seemed to come apart at the seams one morning as I pushed the button to activate it. Gears, chains, and springs seemed to come apart at once and parts even went flying across the garage. It took all my strength to finally get my garage door to release and open so I could go to work. Precision scheduled me right away for an 'after work' time frame. The repair tech was clean, non-smoking, friendly, and knowledgeable. He presented me with options and 3 levels of repair/replacement from which to choose and did the work in about 2 hours. I highly recommend this company!
