I had already pulled an ad for a tune up for a later date, but when I noticed a loose hinge called and made the appointment. Same day, which was awesome. Technician was early, checked out the door and mechanisms (original 1996) and made the repairs. He was very professional quick, and cleaned up afterwards. 3 year warranty that, based on service, don't think I'll use. If something new comes up, I'll definitely choose this company again

This is the second time we used Precision Garage Doors. Earlier last summer, our spring broke on our garage door. Precision replaced the spring and adjusted the chain. We called again this Monday evening regarding a different problem. We were able to schedule an appointment for the following morning. Shane arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem and fixed it during the appointment. Great experience. We highly recommend Precision Garage doors and will continue to use them in the future.

Door roller separated from track. Called Precision and received friendly prompt scheduling for repair on a Saturday afternoon. Within less than 2 hours Jonathan arrived and had replaced rollers within the track and performed routine maintenance and safety checks on both doors. He also successfully reprogrammed an inoperative garage door opener for us with ease and a smile. We were so pleased with his outstanding performance. Another day of RESULTS from an unusually adept Company!

My neighbor referred Precision garage door and they came out within 40 minutes and fixed my springs and put the safety beam in the correct position. Advised me on new codes for the doors for insurance and was very thorough and knowledgeable.

Shane came by this morning to do our yearly maintenance. He was very professional and efficient. He fixed a connection that was loose and tightened screws around the motor. I am very pleased with the experience. The door is so quiet now when the door is opened and closed.

I assume the door works properly as I was not home when work was completed. The technician was knowledgeable and courteous. However, the company sucks you in with low quotes for service charge and spring cost (when replacing a broken spring), then adds on some bogus $20 “energy fee”, and also tells you that you get zero warranty unless you purchase the 3 bearings at $40 each. What I expected to be a $200 charge was $300. If they told you all this while on the phone when making an appointment, I wouldn’t mind. It’s pretty much bait and switch tactics. I will not use them next time as there are plenty of alternatives.

After he completed installing the new springs and coils, he showed me everything that he had repaired. He answered all of my questions and was very respectful.
