Technician came earlier than anticipated which was a plus, and he was very professional. He asked if we had our receipt from the original installation which we did, so we saved at least $75. We would highly recommend your company to any of our friends and neighbors.

I was very pleased with the entire service call. I called the office & was given an appt time of between 11:00 & 1:00 the same day I called. The technician (Clayton) called very quickly & was out right on time. Clayton arrived gave me the price & got to work. The entire job start to finish was less than an hour & was still done before the original 1:00 arrival time. This is the 2nd time using Precision & couldn't be more pleased. Will use them & advertise every time I get a chance. Good Job!

Precision is a TOP NOTCH company to work with. Their level of professionalism is unmatched. They send confirmation e-mails, offer no hassle/no pressure estimates, answer all your questions to satisfaction, and are RIGHT ON TIME. Their techs are all in company uniforms/trucks; and the best part are the technician bios on their website. The installation was fast and very well done. I actually obtained two slightly lesser quotes on a new door; however, you do get what you pay for, and with Precision, you certainly get your money's worth. THANK YOU FOR YOUR AWESOME SERVICE!

I was very pleased with the entire experience I had with Precision Door. From scheduling an appointment, to receiving an e-mail confirming my appointment along with letting me know who my technician (Clayton) would be, his arrival time, his picture and a brief bio. Clayton arrived prior to the scheduled appointment time, which in my experience with technicians is very rare, yet was very much appreciated. Clayton was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. He fully explained the service, repair and cost that would be required to resolve my garage door issue. I was completely satisfied with the service, repair and cost. Thanks Precision Door.....and a special thanks to Clayton!

I rarely hire anyone since I do most work myself. Brcause of this I am very critical of other's work. Precision Door did a fantastic job from sales to installation to service. Couldn't be more satisfied.

When we needed a new garage door over 30 years ago I got estimates and these people were the best and the nicest I talked too. Over the years I've always called them when I need garage door help. I am always happy with the promptness of assistance, their service, and knowledgeable technicians. My steel garage door, it's hurricane reinforcement bars and all it's operating items have come from Precision. I will continue to use them when needed and I will recommend the company and their people to anyone needing garage door work.

We called on Saturday and had service on Tuesday morning. The tension spring in our door was broken. Although it was costly, we got our door bearings, cables and tension springs replaced within two hours of the technician's arrival. Everything needed was already on his truck. He was professional, tidy and efficient. I appreciate the service and the warranty gives me peace of mind.

What great friendly and professional service, One of our garage door belts frayed, I called Precision sent their service tick right out. Within the hour he had both worn belts and a bent door working quite well (I had the bumped into the garage door not realizing that the broken belt had happened and door only rose partially). Thanks guys and God's many blessings to all
