I am writing this review at 9:48 pm as Jeremy our technician has just left after completing a repair and complete replacement of our garage door opener. I was concerned that he was having to work so late but he assured me with a great attitude, that this was his job and I should have no concerns. His manager should know what a dedicated employee they have and if I could I would recruit him to come and work for my company. Clayton was the service technician from Precision Garage Door Repair of Florida. Clayton was very professional, knowledgeable, had great interpersonal and communication skills, very respectful, and listened to the customer. He examined and evaluated both doors, at my request, and provided estimates for the items that I brought up. Decision to do both doors replacing all the springs, all the bearings and all the rollers based on his recommendations and responses to my inquiries. He was a great liaison between your company and myself. I would not hesitate to have Precision come do work for me in the future. I called Precision for a quote on a door repair and was given an appointment that same day. Clayton called me when he was on his way and arrived on the time of the appointment. He looked at my door and listened to what I wanted out of my door and gave me a return time for the following day since I needed a 16 foot strut that he needed to get. He arrived promptly the next day and made the door what I explained to him. Clayton was extremely professional and very personable. Precision is the only company I will call now and would be happy to let Clayton do future work.

I called Precision (your name says it all) because I was having some minor issues with my garage door and I wanted someone to evaluate it. Clayton the technician was top notch - a true professional. He fixed everything I was having problems with, and he also pointed out a safety issue with the door and corrected that as well. He explained everything to me in a language I could understand. I was absolutely blown away by the quality of the service provided. And all the work was done at a reasonable price. If at some point I decide to replace my garage door, you can bet that Precision will be the company I choose to do the job. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision to my neighbors and friends!

When we attempted to raise our garage door it only went halfway up and we heard a pop. Upon contacting Precision Door Service, I found that a serviceman could respond the same day. Our serviceman, Clayton, was very knowlegeable and fast in diagnosing the problem. Since the door had not been serviced in years, it was suggested we perform an upgrade to insure we would not have any problems in the near future. The parts he took off were definitely of an inferior quality looking at the new parts he was to install. Clayton was very instructive as he performed the installation and gave me several tips to insure a longer life and quieter operation of the door. I would definitely recommend Precision to my neighbors and friends for garage door repair.

My beautiful 12 year old Clopay 2 Car Garage Door had been damaged. I tried to fix it myself and soon realized the damage was "over my head"! I check the internet then cross checked with the Better Business Bureau and Angies List. Precision came out on top. They arrived early (great) and quoted a high cost to repair (not great). When the tech explained the details of the repair and pointed out a lot of damage I had not even noticed plus Precisions warranty, I knew I would have 12+ more years of worry free service if I allowed the best door to be repaired by the best techs. Superior Job Precision! ***** 5 STARS all the WAY

My garage door opener was damaged by a lightning storm. I called Precision to schedule an estimate/repair. They sent someone out the very same day. I was impressed with the professionalism of the person that took my call and the professionalism of the technician, Clayton, who did the repair. Clayton was knowledgeable and friendly and, with his well-stocked truck, was able to replace the damaged parts immediately and at a reasonable cost. He also pointed out a problem with my door balance and suggested that I might want to address that in the future (no pressure, but I decided to have him do an overhaul while he was there). I would highly recommend Precision to others needing a similar service.
