I was very pleased with the entire experience I had with Precision Door. From scheduling an appointment, to receiving an e-mail confirming my appointment along with letting me know who my technician (Clayton) would be, his arrival time, his picture and a brief bio. Clayton arrived prior to the scheduled appointment time, which in my experience with technicians is very rare, yet was very much appreciated. Clayton was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. He fully explained the service, repair and cost that would be required to resolve my garage door issue. I was completely satisfied with the service, repair and cost. Thanks Precision Door.....and a special thanks to Clayton!

When we needed a new garage door over 30 years ago I got estimates and these people were the best and the nicest I talked too. Over the years I've always called them when I need garage door help. I am always happy with the promptness of assistance, their service, and knowledgeable technicians. My steel garage door, it's hurricane reinforcement bars and all it's operating items have come from Precision. I will continue to use them when needed and I will recommend the company and their people to anyone needing garage door work.

We called on Saturday and had service on Tuesday morning. The tension spring in our door was broken. Although it was costly, we got our door bearings, cables and tension springs replaced within two hours of the technician's arrival. Everything needed was already on his truck. He was professional, tidy and efficient. I appreciate the service and the warranty gives me peace of mind.

What great friendly and professional service, One of our garage door belts frayed, I called Precision sent their service tick right out. Within the hour he had both worn belts and a bent door working quite well (I had the bumped into the garage door not realizing that the broken belt had happened and door only rose partially). #1 The Customer Servce People that I talked to were First Rate. They were knowledgeable, helpful, and most pleasant to talk to. #2 The Technician that worked on my garage door was a Consumate Professional: Experienced, unbelievably Knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. By the way, his name is Ty Cooke. He diagnosed the problem with the door, and explained what he needed to do do to fix it. #3 You could NOT find a better company anywhere to fix your garage door problem(s).

Precision had high recommendations on Angie's list which influenced our choice of contractors. We were very pleased with the installation process. The only negative was we were unable to have the hurricane garage door (model 9200) installed when they arrived as Barry noticed a crack in the garage mantel and brought it to our attention. He felt that it might be an issue with the weight of the new door. So, they took the new door back and weeks later when the repairs were done, came back out and installed the new one. I am very thankful to Barry for his observation however I believe the salesman, Clayton, should have picked up on this on the initial visit. Very glad we made the decision to hurricane protect our house especially since just having Matthew. The battery backup did not work as well as expected. Without power, we were only able to operate the door once before it started beeping. Apparently, the original battery was defective. Called on Sat. and Cory was sent out today and replaced the battery under warranty. Very knowledgeable technician. Would definitely recommend Precision.

The tech that came to my house was very nice. He saw what the problem was and gave me a price and it turned out that it would be fixed under the check up price. He then pointed out that the rollers were not in great shape. I asked for a price for repair thew hole door, and he said he could do it right away and the price was good. I would recommend this company for garage door work.

Casey Crane was wonderful. He called about 15 minutes before arriving. He was scheduled to arrive by 7 pm and arrived exactly at that time. I could not have asked for better service. Casey C. was very kind, and gave me his full attention. He fixed my garage door in literally a few minutes and told me he was glad it was a small problem. He also ASKED ME to make sure my remote worked before he considered his work done. We did discuss a near future project, which I had already intended to do, and there was absolutely no pressure to schedule anything, only consideration. I can't give Casey and Precision higher marks.
