I was very pleased with the entire service call. I called the office & was given an appt time of between 11:00 & 1:00 the same day I called. The technician (Clayton) called very quickly & was out right on time. Clayton arrived gave me the price & got to work. The entire job start to finish was less than an hour & was still done before the original 1:00 arrival time. This is the 2nd time using Precision & couldn't be more pleased. Will use them & advertise every time I get a chance. Good Job!

We called on Saturday and had service on Tuesday morning. The tension spring in our door was broken. Although it was costly, we got our door bearings, cables and tension springs replaced within two hours of the technician's arrival. Everything needed was already on his truck. He was professional, tidy and efficient. I appreciate the service and the warranty gives me peace of mind.

What great friendly and professional service, One of our garage door belts frayed, I called Precision sent their service tick right out. Within the hour he had both worn belts and a bent door working quite well (I had the bumped into the garage door not realizing that the broken belt had happened and door only rose partially).
