Jake came out to replace our springs the same day that I called in with the problem. He was extremely knowledgeable about the springs, their replacements and all matters surrounding them. He identified another issue (frayed cable) and offered to replace it at the same time and saving us another service call. We were very pleased as Jake worked quickly and was also able to hold a conversation about what he was doing. We knew Precision was the place to go and this call reinforced that and we will continue as customers. Thanks again Jake!

We are very happy with the performance of the technician, Clayton, who was out this morning to repair our door opener. The cable snapped and would not allow the door to be electronically opened. Clayton was not only professional but arrived earlier than our scheduled time frame (yes, he called first to make sure the new time would be okay). He repaired the cable and performed unexpected, but much needed, maintenance on the opener unit. Thank you Precision for your continuing professionalism.

We had a service appointment for 8 AM this morning. We received an e-mail confirmation of this time, actually between 8 and 10 today, which included photos of the technicians. I so appreciate this concern for the customer’s security and safety. Rob called this morning – a few minutes before 8 to notify us he had been delayed at the warehouse and his GPS showed he would probably get here about 8:30. He wanted to warn me he would be “late” when he was well within the parameters of our scheduled appointment. When he arrived, actually a few minutes before his estimated travel time, he was professional, proficient, and polite. He quickly assessed the problems with our garage door, thoroughly explained all repair costs, offered clear explanations of our options, and to our great surprise, had all the equipment he needed to fix our problem. We had feared we would have an assessment/estimation visit and then have to schedule another time for the installation. After a quick call to your office to make sure that he wasn’t slotted for another job until after 11 AM, he got to work. It was clear that he knew exactly what he was doing. He was efficient in removing the defective parts, successful in replacing them, and such a pleasant person to have working here. He schooled us in the use of our new equipment and confirmed any information we might need for future care, including the e-mails we could expect, such as the invoice and warranty. Because of the skill of his craftsmanship and the quality of his professionalism, if ever we do need additional service we will be sure to request Rob Stephenson. He is an asset to your company.

After doing research on the Internet for garage door replacement, we found Pecision Door had great reviews. Clayton met with us on a Saturday, listened to our requests and wrote up our order. We were told the door would be installed within three weeks, and they were right on schedule. It took four hours to install our new door and the technicians/installers were so professional and pleasant. We would recommend Precision Door for any of your garage needs, whether it be minor repairs or a complete replacement door. If it were possible to give them a higher rating than a 5, this is one company that would definitely get a 10.

Purchased an Angie's List deal to tune up my garage door and the job couldn't have gone more perfectly! The technician, Jake, was incredibly prompt, courteous and very professional. The tune-up and silencing package was performed as advertised and the results are great. From making the appointment to the final handshake was a pleasant experience. I also received a requested estimate on further down the road upgrades that I will have no hesitation calling Precision to perform. Precision performed this job expertly and promptly. He repaired the door in an expedient manner, gave us good information and advice. He came out within the time period we were given, called before he arrived and was very friendly. Brent did a great job with superb quality! He was on time (in fact he was able to come early), thorough, completed ahead of his estimate, and delivered a quality result. He provided several options, recommended preventative maintenance to avoid costly repairs in the future, and provided several price points to choose from. Brent said he likes to treat the job as if he was "working on his own house." That approach definitely showed. I will definitely keep Precision Door and Brent in mind for future work. One suggestion is to have the operators tell customers how much a service call costs when they are scheduling service. I did not have an issue with the price whatsoever. The price was fair and reasonable. I just didn't know if it would be $25 or $100 for a service call. Thanks!
