#1 The Customer Servce People that I talked to were First Rate. They were knowledgeable, helpful, and most pleasant to talk to. #2 The Technician that worked on my garage door was a Consumate Professional: Experienced, unbelievably Knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. By the way, his name is Ty Cooke. He diagnosed the problem with the door, and explained what he needed to do do to fix it. #3 You could NOT find a better company anywhere to fix your garage door problem(s).

Precision had high recommendations on Angie's list which influenced our choice of contractors. We were very pleased with the installation process. The only negative was we were unable to have the hurricane garage door (model 9200) installed when they arrived as Barry noticed a crack in the garage mantel and brought it to our attention. He felt that it might be an issue with the weight of the new door. So, they took the new door back and weeks later when the repairs were done, came back out and installed the new one. I am very thankful to Barry for his observation however I believe the salesman, Clayton, should have picked up on this on the initial visit. Very glad we made the decision to hurricane protect our house especially since just having Matthew. The battery backup did not work as well as expected. Without power, we were only able to operate the door once before it started beeping. Apparently, the original battery was defective. Called on Sat. and Cory was sent out today and replaced the battery under warranty. Very knowledgeable technician. Would definitely recommend Precision.

The tech that came to my house was very nice. He saw what the problem was and gave me a price and it turned out that it would be fixed under the check up price. He then pointed out that the rollers were not in great shape. I asked for a price for repair thew hole door, and he said he could do it right away and the price was good. I would recommend this company for garage door work.

I could not have asked for better service. Casey C. was very kind, and gave me his full attention. He fixed my garage door in literally a few minutes and told me he was glad it was a small problem. He also ASKED ME to make sure my remote worked before he considered his work done. We did discuss a near future project, which I had already intended to do, and there was absolutely no pressure to schedule anything, only consideration. I can't give Casey and Precision higher marks.

I am writing this review at 9:48 pm as Jeremy our technician has just left after completing a repair and complete replacement of our garage door opener. I was concerned that he was having to work so late but he assured me with a great attitude, that this was his job and I should have no concerns. His manager should know what a dedicated employee they have and if I could I would recruit him to come and work for my company. Jeremy thank you for all you did this evening in getting our garage door to work properly again and so beautifully quiet. With much appreciation, Beth and Lesley

Clayton was the service technician from Precision Garage Door Repair of Florida. Clayton was very professional, knowledgeable, had great interpersonal and communication skills, very respectful, and listened to the customer. He examined and evaluated both doors, at my request, and provided estimates for the items that I brought up. Decision to do both doors replacing all the springs, all the bearings and all the rollers based on his recommendations and responses to my inquiries. He was a great liaison between your company and myself. I would not hesitate to have Precision come do work for me in the future. I would certainly request that Clayton be the one to come and do the work! He should be commended for his job excellence and professionalism. Thomas E. Clarke, Jr.

I called Precision for a quote on a door repair and was given an appointment that same day. Clayton called me when he was on his way and arrived on the time of the appointment. He looked at my door and listened to what I wanted out of my door and gave me a return time for the following day since I needed a 16 foot strut that he needed to get. He arrived promptly the next day and made the door what I explained to him. Clayton was extremely professional and very personable. Precision is the only company I will call now and would be happy to let Clayton do future work.
