I had Precision Door back in 2002 and was pleased at that time. That is why I called again. The motor was shot and Jeff the tech was so much more than thorough. He tightened every and I mean every screw on the door and track to ensure perfect travel motion on the tracks even though he only installed the motor. He must have had the door open and close 10 to 15 times to make sure everything was secure and worked properly. I was impressed and very pleased and would call again for any issue. I felt I could trust this company without question. Thank you

Precision Garage Door was quick to respond to my request to get an evaluation and quote for a new door Opener. Jeff Dineen was our technician from Precision Garage Door and he was great to work with. He was personable and took the time to answer all our questions on door openers and installation. I was impressed with his knowledge of all the different brands of openers and what opener(s) would be a good for our garage door. Jeff completed the installation in about 2 hours and reprogrammed all our remote devices as well as walking us through set-up and using the door opener application from our phones. I would highly recommend using Precision Garage Door services.

My two car garage door broke with our new car in the garage. We called and the technician showed up the same day. We received a text telling us the technician was on the way with the name and photo of the technician. When the technician arrived, he wrote up an estimate with two options to choose from. We chose the overhaul repair and the technician got started right away. The technician was Jeff Dineen and was very professional and explained in detail the repair to my wife and I. The repair was completed the same day and on the estimate we approved. I would recommend Precision for all your garage door needs.

Prompt service. Replaced broken belt, lubricated all appropriate points, adjusted springs tension. Door operates more quietly and is better balanced due to tension adjustment. All great but felt fees to be a bit high. Brian

Hello. I have used Precision Garage door to replace a garage door and motor at a house I sold. Then I hired them to put a new motor and track on my condo's garage door. Then today, I had them install a keyed lock which I can use to open my garage door when the electricity goes down. I am not kidding, each time they come out I find their technicians to be knowledgeable and precise in their work. They answer my questions without making me feel less than smart. I have used your company in the past and was satisfied with the service so when my torsion spring broke you was my first choice. I was more than happy with the quick response and the professionalism of your technician. He inspected my garage door and explained what was needed to fix the problem. He also suggested other areas that needed attention and explained why. He put together options that went from replacing the broke spring to a complete overhaul with pricing. Jeff was down-to-earth, professional, safe, and practical. He worked with me to remove the old garage door opener, let me remove an old, broken fluorescent light while he was setting up, explained everything he was doing, and did an excellent job installing the door, ensuring it worked properly, ensuring I could set up the app and wifi controls (and physical buttons), and walking me through all the pricing and warranty. Together we tag-teamed how to handle the power supply (as there was no existing outlet to power the opener from; instead there was a sketchy cut--and live--wire from previous homeowners).
