ShaRaad has lived in Melbourne, Florida since 1998, after moving from Fairbanks, Alaska with his mom and siblings. The great state of Florida is definitely the place he calls home. When he is not working, he loves spending time with his family. His newborn daughter is his pride and joy. She motivates him to be the best version of himself. When his daughter isn't getting all his attention, he enjoys reading a good book or watching a comedy movie.

1 of 2 springs broke and i am sure glad Mr Humes did not just replace springs. He did a complete inspection and found a cable about to snap and found several bearings that were bad. I got a complete overhaul that I am sure will save money in the near future. I hope all employees are as diligent as I will refer Precision to friends and family I care about. Sincerely, Jack

One of the cables rusted and snapped on one of my garage doors. I called Precision around eleven AM expecting to schedule an appointment for later in the week. Instead they had a crew at my house within three hours of the call. The work was completed by two very professional employees. They completed a safety inspection and performed maintenance that will prevent future problems. Precision initialled both garage doors and openers over 12 years ago and this is the first problem I've encountered. Good company. They stand behind their work. Work crews are professionals and courteous. Highly recommend.

The technician did not have the materials to repair/replace the rubber seal on the bottom of my door. He called the office and they did not have it either. I expected you to be a full service company. He did a good job replacing the door openers mounted on the wall.

I really appreciate the service you have given me. The receptionist was polite and ready to set up an appointment. I was surprised at how quickly you were able to respond. ShaRaad did an awesome job explaining to us what truly needed to be done. Since we had NEVER serviced our garage door, other than a new opener a couple of times, it needed the work. The door operates smoother than it ever has. We ended up getting most if not all of the movable parts replaced. ShaRaad was prompt, courteous, professional and did an awesome job.

Had a total garage door overhaul and new motor installed. ShaRaad was knowledgeable and did a great job with the service and install. The motor unit was a bit pricey and more than I wanted to spend, but it works very well and the entire job was well-performed. Customer service is very good, and I was placed on the schedule quickly after making my initial contact.

We used Precision Door in the past and saw their ad in the Safari saver and our door needed maintenance as the door was not working properly. We like that this is a home town company. Paid $624.00for a garage door opener with wifi. I cannot get the WiFi to work and I cannot get either of 2 car built in remotes to work. Precision Garage Door of Brevard will not help to resolve the issues. I would not recommend them.
