We called on a Sunday to have someone fix our doors which weren't opening or closing on probably Monday. Corey came within two hours and fixed the problem which was loose wiring. He found another problem though and recommended a "fix" for it which we have pursued now. Corey was great and we are very happy with Precision Door Service.

One of my torsion springs broke on a Friday night. I considered another company my neighbor used. After looking over the Precision website and seeing lifetime warranty springs, I was sold. I called Saturday morning at 09:15 and their Tech, Cory arrived within 1 hour. Cory finished the job quickly and safely. He is a very hardworking young man.

Precision Garage Door made the service call within one day, diagnosed the problem and repaired it the same day, giving me several options from a new garage door to refurbishing rollers and bearings on the existing door. When we mentioned to co-workers we needed a new door, and we were looking at Precision doors, we were told only good things. When we called for an estimate, they came out the same day. When it was time to schedule the install, they had appointments available the very next day. They showed up on time (a little early in fact), prepared and ready to go. Technicians were very polite and professional and got right to work. We're very happy with the new door, it's quiet and sturdy. I would definitely recommend them to others.

First, I have to say the we (me & my wife) were very impress with the whole process. From initial contact (chat now option) to the technician (Cory). The whole process was wonderful and stress free. Unfortunately, I do not know with whom I was chatting with, but they were very knowledgeable, polite and fast to answer all our questions. He/She were very awesome and If you read this thank you for all your help. Second, you need to give this man (Cory) a raise.... He was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and had a great personality. He was on time (early actually) and went above and beyond with all the repairs and additional ones that were needed. I definitely recommend him, if you (future customer) have a choice. Overall, wonderful experience with the whole Precision team. Money well spent and would not hesitate (neither should you) to call them if anything was to occur again. Job well done.

I went online to find a repairman for our garage door opener and I found Precision reviews and decided to call them within 3 hours a nice young man came to repair. Unfortunate it was unrepairable so we had to get a new one .would recommend them

I had an excellent experience working with Precision Door. First Ty rebuilt my 25 year old door only replacing the parts that were necessary and not trying to sell me the "total rebuild package" which other companies I got estimates from did. This saved me more than $100. The door worked perfectly until today. Ty's brother Cory came out today and found that I had bumped one of the sensors out of line and he re-aligned it at no charge and the door is working again. I highly recommend Precision Door. Their service is very professional, they show up on time, they do the work the say they're going to do and their billing service is very easy to work with.

Techs responded within two hours, replaced both springs within one hour. Techs were professional. Cost of two replacement springs including labor was. over $300.00 I thought that was a bit high but I guess the company needs profit to stay in business.
