Our garage door failed in the open position fortunately. As I have a subscription to Angie's List, I searched it for a garage door service near us. Precision was highly rated and had several near locations. I called and was offerrered emergency service late that evening if I needed it. Thinking I could manually close the door I opted for the next afternoon. Kieth call before the scheduled time and said he would arrive in about 20 minutes. He did. Examining the door he found one of the springs was broken. He gave me a quote for the work which we accepted. He was personable, and efficient. Completing the work in an expeditious manner. The door works just like new and he cleaned up the area so well we never would have known he was here. Thank you Keith for a job well done. We would recommend Precision for any of your garage door needs. Hopefully we won't need them in the future. But if we do. They are the one's we will call.

"Casey" was about the best service repairman we have had since we moved to Vero Beach Fl. in July of 2016. He was early to get here, busy and knowledgeable during his entire stay, adjusted the off-kilter door and repaired whatever was making it roar like a freight train every time we opened it. Not to mention a few threatening clunks at the beginning of every cycle. It is a heavy door, with hurricane attachment members on the back side of the door. He leveled, fixed and was entirely cheerful. He also set the chain on the perfectly timed stops for maximum and accurate smooth stops. He was truly GREAT!!!! Your name is now written in ink on our calender , and for all future problems with our garage door. Go CASEY!! GO PRECISION DOOR!!!! needs.

I paid for an offer through Angie's List and then scheduled my appointment for today between 1 - 3pm. Clayton called me around 11:15 to see if they could come earlier due to a cancellation. I was happy for that and Clayton and John arrived shortly after. Clayton was training John, and had him do most of the communications with me. I initially provided them with the Angie's List offer coupon that I had paid for and allowed them to go about their work. After a few minutes, John knocked on my door and walked me through what his inspection found. He informed me that my springs were loosening up and should be replaced soon. I opted to have the work done today. I also inquired about a wireless door opener and it was installed as well. After about 2 hours, all the work was complete. John showed me the work that was completed and demonstrated everything. Both John and Clayton were efficient, personable and very professional. I would hire them 100 times over.

Hands down the best service I have ever received! Spring broke, rollers were shot, cables almost broken, and I got two new garage door openers. Called as soon as they opened and got a same day appointment and the tech Corey was awesome and early. He walked me through what he saw and gave me three recommendations.
