The garage door was making so much noise something had to be done. Not even 2 years old. I was told the most inferior parts were used and it would be a matter of time before more damage would happen. New rollers , springs , cables have silenced the door so much, I don't have to worry about waking the neighborhood any more. Thank You Jay for all your help.

My garage door spring broke at 6 pm Tuesday. I called Precision shortly after and was surprised that they could be there that night. The tech Jay arrived a 1/2 hour early. The springs were replaced quickly and Jay was a very courteous and professional. This is why I have always used Precision for garage door needs.

When I bought my new garage door a year ago I was never left with a remote. I just bought a new car and I have no way to open and close the door unless I get out of the car and run in the garage. I just had to purchase a remote for $50.00 plus service call. Not too happy about that but JAY my service man was so friendly and knowledgeable that I would like to say a big thanks to him and recommend him. Excellent!!

I was very happy with the service. The service technician knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. He gave me a couple of options, and then set to work, replacing the spring and coils and fixing the opener. He had it fixed in a couple of hours and came to the house on time.

Our garage door springs went on the day before we were to leave for the airport. PANIC. Precision was able to send a polite skilled repairman within hours of my call.
