Robert came in earlier than expected, he had phoned me earlier saying he would be a little late. He showed me what I had done wrong and fixed my problem which made me very happy. Very profesional, knowledgable and excellent attitude. He also told me that I may need a new motor in the next 3 years or so. I will call Precision to replace it when it happens.

I just had to call to let you know how pleased I am with your company. Two years ago I had a major garage door problem, that your technician fixed perfectly. I was so imressed by his polite, friendly demeanor. I was also impressed by how clean cut and professional he was. Today, I had a different technician come to my house for an annual maintenance. Once again, I received a phone call letting me know when he would arrive, and when he showed up he was also very clean cut and professional and friendly! Thanks so much, and I will definitely refer you to friends and family!!!
