It was a pleasure to have Rob Stephenson respond to our emergency on Sunday, Father's Day! The spring broke on main condo door, causing the door to jump off the track which in turn broke off a sprinkler head causing the Fire Dept. to respond. We could not leave until door was repaired. Moving into a new condo we found our garage door was not working properly. When I Googled the Omega Matic 4500 on my Opener, I called the first name on the list, (a competitor of Precision). He informed me that actually my brand was a Marantec and that I should call Precision. I would challenge anyone to find a company with a lower service call fee, NO extra charge on Sunday. Rob called me quicker than I expected, and arrived on time. Since I found the manual on the internet before he arrived, he reprogrammed everything on the opener and now the garage door works perfectly. I will recommend Precision and especially Rob to everyone. 5 Stars!
