Precision Garage Door Service is awesome. I have a rental property in Vero Beach and the tenant informed me the garage door wasn't working. I called Precision on a Monday and they scheduled me for the following day. The technician Rob called me in the early afternoon to let me know he was on his way (and early too, bonus) and after a thorough assessment on the door and door opener, Rob suggested multiple options to getting the door back to working condition. I choice the full overhaul of all hardware, springs, rollers, hinges, etc. Everything works like new, they took my CC over the phone and called me to go over all the work they did. Super Customer Service and Professionalism. I would highly recommend them to anyone in there service area.

My garage door quit functioning due to a broken belt. Internet research found replacement belts. Problem was; I could not get a belt sooner than a week for a cost over $70. I called Precision Door and they had my door fixed within 5 hours. For $119, they fixed the door, inspected everything, verifying it was properly balanced, lubricated rollers and bearings and made sure the door opener was fine tuned. Precision Door provided an incredible service for a great price. Anytime I need help with my garage door, or when I want to but a new door, I will be calling Precision Door Services.

I'm so impressed! Our appointment was made quickly and accommodated our schedule perfectly. Our technician, Rob, was courteous and gave a detailed explanation or the systems, what problems he saw and even how he diagnosed those problems. He gave us a conservative estimate and we were happy when the bill was even lower than quoted. He gave us options of service without any pressure or salesmanship.
