This is our second time using Precision to service our garage door. Both experiences have been fantastic. Making the appointment was easy and we received an appointment the same day. We have been lucky to have Rob as our technician both times. He was very friendly and explained everything in detail to both myself and my wife. Rob did a great job he explained how the garage door system worked to me. The issue was the door springs not balancing the door weight. Rob replaced the springs the the door worked like new. He was early to the appointment and finished the work quickly. I would use Precision Door again and recommend them to my neighbors.

It is a really smart move to put your sticker right on the garage door. When mine stopped working yesterday I looked up(in despair) and lo and behold! I saw your sticker and the best part was that you don't charge extra for weekend appointments. Thanks for that. Rob was great too. Thank goodness I did not need any major repairs. I really appreciate that he provided an honest assessment of what was needed and didn't take advantage of my emergency situation to try to upcharge or sell me a new garage door. This is good business practice but, sadly, in this day and age, good business practice is a rarity. Just wanted to let you know I would definetely recommend you to anyone who needs garage door maintenance or even a new garage door......and dont stop putting your stickers on your doors! AND kudos to Rob.

Excellent service. The torsion springs on my garage broke Saturday evening and I contacted Precision late morning on Sunday and they were out by mid afternoon to fix it. Rob S. was the tech and was very professional. He pointed out that I needed the cables replaced also and I went ahead and had several other items replaced. The garage door works great now and Rob was great at explaining everything. Super job!
