I called in the morning and was given an appt by early afternoon. Casey and Clayton were sent to repair a broken spring. They were on time, gave a courtesy arrival time call when getting near. They did an evaluation with some good suggestions which I decided to have done. An hour later all work was finished and garage door was very quiet and worked like new. I was extremely impressed with the courtesy, knowledge and efficiency of both Casey and Clayton. Thank you very much. I highly recommend this company. I would give more stars if I could.

When we needed a new garage door over 30 years ago I got estimates and these people were the best and the nicest I talked too. Over the years I've always called them when I need garage door help. I am always happy with the promptness of assistance, their service, and knowledgeable technicians. My steel garage door, it's hurricane reinforcement bars and all it's operating items have come from Precision. We called on Saturday and had service on Tuesday morning. The tension spring in our door was broken. Although it was costly, we got our door bearings, cables and tension springs replaced within two hours of the technician's arrival. Everything needed was already on his truck. He was professional, tidy and efficient. I appreciate the service and the warranty gives me peace of mind.
