The spring on my garage door broke Saturday night. On Sunday, I scheduled an appointment for the technician to replace the broken spring. The technician, David Brooks, was even early for the appointment on Monday and did an outstanding job! He was very professional and explained exactly what needed to be completed. Precision Door Service installed the door originally and I will never use anyone other than them. Thank you for your prompt service and excellent follow-up!

I made an appointment for Precision Garage Door company to come and service my garage door. I have used them in the past and have found the company to be very professional. The technician arrived on time (if not early). He got to work right away spraying hinges etc and ran a diagnostic test showing that my door passed all of the check points. He was very courteous and professional and had a great sense of humor. I would highly recommend Precision Door .

1 of 2 springs broke and i am sure glad Mr Humes did not just replace springs. He did a complete inspection and found a cable about to snap and found several bearings that were bad. I have had this company do work a few years ago for me. Never a hard sell. Always professional. I needed new rollers and my beam light was old and useless. This time after 20 years of the same garage door I decided it was time for a new one. Well what a great decision. The new one you can't hear. It is so silent that you have to look again to be sure it closed. The service man was very professional and gave me 3 discounts without ne asking for any. In 3 hours I had a new Garage door opener. Once again a very good company and service people who actually do good work
