I am not going to go into a lot of details but the door was really jacked up to the point that I just knew it was going to be a lot of work to repair and be costly, plus it was the weekend. I had used Precision before and had a very good experience with them. Well, this time was no different. Kevin came out and looked at the situation and said he had seen worse so this one would be easy. Not from where I was standing, but okay. Within an hour or so I was back in business. He replaced a couple of cables, realigned the door and adjusted the opening and closing limits. He did a bang up job. He even corrected a couple of my mistakes. You guys are great!! Thanks Kevin, and thanks Precision.

Never has a service call been answered so quickly. Within 1/2 hour of calling Rob was here, he discovered the problem, serviced the door opener, added an outside access panel all for $104!!!! AWESOME is all I can say for Rob and his company. Thank you for your knowledge and a job well done.

I bought our hurricane garage door 3 years ago from Precision. They were professional and did a great job installing. This year the garage door needed lubricating. I bought some lubrication at Lowe's but it wasn't the right kind and after applying it, it still squeaked. I called Precision Doors and they sent a guy out. He showed me how to lubricate the door including what to purchase and then lubricated it for me. The charge was very reasonable and now I know how to do it myself next time!

I was extremely impressed with the service provided by Precision. I called at 8:30 to make an appointment and by 9:00 was contacted by phone and the service rep. was at my house by 9:15. By 10:00 the job was complete and my garage door bottom seal was replaced. The Precision employee was fast, efficient, professional and personable. I was very pleased with the entire exchange. Having had prior contact/work with Precision for my dad's home in 2010, and quite pleased as a customer, they were the only company I called Sunday morning after BOTH garage door springs broke the night before, trapping our vehicles inside. With an appointment window scheduled from 1-3pm, tech- nician Clayton called prior to his arrival at about 1:30, immediately confirm- ed the problem. We discussed and agreed to the repairs needed, and Clayton went to work, completing the entire task in less than 2 hours. I think it is important to convey the overall professionalism of Precision, from my first phone call, the on-line communication, and the service they provided. And, specifically, Clayton, their technician, who was prompt, courteous, knowledgable, well-prepared with necessary repair parts, efficient, and took pride in his work! I am quite satisfied with the work done, and its cost. I certainly recommend Precision for any garage door installation or repair!

My father recommended Precision to me, after he had his garage door repaired one week ago. My appointment was made and kept very professionally. A call was made alerting me before the repairman arrived. Jake, the repairman was very courteous and professional. He explained what needed to be done and explained the estimated cost. I followed his recommendation on parts to be replaced, leaving me certain of a long lasting repair. He demonstrated the repaired and working door before he left. The repairman was on time and very courteous. He explained how the door works and what he needed to do. My door was very noisy and some parts needed to be replaced. I was disappointed that I was not able to use coupons from Precision's advertisements, but Jake gave me a $25.00 coupon to use since I had Precision install new rollers last year. Since I now have a lifetime warranty on the parts, I hope I will not have to call again for repairs to be done.

I called the office and was able to receive same day service with an appointment that was set for two hours after my call. Your technician Neal called to let me know he was on his way prior to the scheduled appointment. This was much appreciated. He verified the problems (more than just a broken spring) and provided an immediate quote before starting the repairs. I went with the "Overhaul Special Package". His work was excellent - very professional even correcting earlier work that wasn't up to snuff. All debris were cleaned up removed and proper operation verified. The whole system sounds quieter and with the lifetime warranty I am confident that my wife has one less item to be concerned with. Again you have an outstanding employee in Neal Trepanier. He represents your company well! Earns you 5 Stars.

They certainly live up to their word. My garage door torsion spring just snapped late Saturday afternoon. I called the number from their website and was told to expect a service call at 8:00 the next morning, Sunday. Clayton was there right on time, gave me an analysis and a couple of options and in little over an hour the repairs were complete and all new hardware on the door. Could not have asked for better service

I did purchase more items than I am allowed to say in the questionnaire below (ref my invoice). Overall, I was very satisfied with the technician's explanation of what needed to be done. It was logical and sound which is why I followed his recommendations. I still need some work to be done but expect it to of as high a quality as the previous work done. I rate you 5 Stars.

Precision installed our door when we had the house built. We have used your company for every repair that was done to the door. I have always been happy with the technician that came to the house but this time Neil was the gentleman sent. He was so thorough and took the time to find out what the problem was even though the door was working properly when he came. I asked him why he had never come before and had he just started with the company and his reply was that he was with the company for 5 years and that he very much enjoyed his job but was usually deployed further South. As far down as Vero Beach but he had been in Palm Bay so the company sent him up to us. Thank you very much. I will make it a point to ask for Neil whenever I need any further service with the Garage door. He was on time, polite and cared about what service he performed for us. We have complained to a couple of other techs that when the door wouldn't work. It just hummed but they never found anything. As soon as Neil heard the hum he said its the Capacitor. Climbed the ladder and replaced the Capacitor and the door is working fine. THANK YOU NEIL and the Company should be glad to have someone so professional working for them. I can't believe someone actually answered the phone on a Sunday. Technician was out first thing Monday morning and by 10:00 am garage door was working again.
