I called Precision because they did great work on my mom's garage door. I called Sunday afternoon because my door kept opening and closing by itself. Much to my surprise, I was told they would come that day without charging extra, and they would come within a couple of hours. Kevin showed up as promised and took care of the problem. He replaced the parts necessary, but not before giving me an explanation and price. He was friendly, respectful, and professional. When I need work done again, I will be sure to request Kevin. He'so awesome.

I had essentially taken the door out of service for 4 years by building an interior wall in front of it after removing the torsion spring. Robert S came out and assessed all the parts I saved, and put the door back into operation on the same day. The door works as quiet as when it was first installed. Precision did a great job installing it years ago the first time so I didn't consider anyone else for this task. Precision didn't let me down.

I was very pleasantly surprised that a repair person could be sent to my house within a couple of hours on a Saturday to fix the broken spring on my auto garage door. I called Precision because they did the original installation and I was very pleased with the job they did at that time for a fair and reasonable price. Very professional!! Jake was outstanding in his quick assessment of the problem. He also checked the records and determined that we were still under warranty, saving us money. As seniors on a fixed income, that is always wonderful! He effected the repairs quickly and efficiently and was on his way. All from initial call to completed repairs in less than three hours. WOW!! 5 STARS plus!!!

I can't believe someone actually answered the phone on a Sunday. Technician was out first thing Monday morning and by 10:00 am garage door was working again. I am not going to go into a lot of details but the door was really jacked up to the point that I just knew it was going to be a lot of work to repair and be costly, plus it was the weekend. I had used Precision before and had a very good experience with them. Well, this time was no different. Kevin came out and looked at the situation and said he had seen worse so this one would be easy. Not from where I was standing, but okay. Within an hour or so I was back in business. He replaced a couple of cables, realigned the door and adjusted the opening and closing limits. He did a bang up job. He even corrected a couple of my mistakes. You guys are great!! Thanks Kevin, and thanks Precision.

Never has a service call been answered so quickly. Within 1/2 hour of calling Rob was here, he discovered the problem, serviced the door opener, added an outside access panel all for $104!!!! AWESOME is all I can say for Rob and his company. Thank you for your knowledge and a job well done.

I bought our hurricane garage door 3 years ago from Precision. They were professional and did a great job installing. This year the garage door needed lubricating. I bought some lubrication at Lowe's but it wasn't the right kind and after applying it, it still squeaked. I called Precision Doors and they sent a guy out. He showed me how to lubricate the door including what to purchase and then lubricated it for me. The charge was very reasonable and now I know how to do it myself next time!
