Excellent service. The torsion springs on my garage broke Saturday evening and I contacted Precision late morning on Sunday and they were out by mid afternoon to fix it. Rob S. was the tech and was very professional. He pointed out that I needed the cables replaced also and I went ahead and had several other items replaced. The garage door works great now and Rob was great at explaining everything. Super job!

Great company, they said they would be there at 9:00 am on a Saturday and sure enough they were. The tech that came out Jeremy was professional and did a great job and did it in a timely manor. I would absolutely recommend Precision to everyone that has any garage door problems.

Brent, the technician, installed a new battery and a new 'sweep' for the door. He called prior to arriving, was on time and was extremely professional. I could tell he knew his business as he spoke of my garage door and the opener and the cables. He was friendly, funny and so very nice. Brent is a good representative for Precision Garage door company. First time I used this company and I am impressed!

Best service ever! As soon as you call someone is out to check out your problem. I would highly recommend this company any day. We bought a hurricane impact door which I'm sure was heavier than our old one & it made some noise going up & down, they fixed the problem. Thanks

Brent Williams was my Technician two straight evenings. First evening was the repair/replace the belt drive on the garage door opener and the second evening was to replace the lower garage door seal. Brent was very professional and completed the tasks requested. Service I received was expected from a top notch company. I will not hesitate to use them again.

Professional, courteous and prompt service. Brent was very knowledge, did visual safety check first of door. Fixed issue and made recommendations on two options but new or repair existing door. Provided pros and cons for both and did not pressure into making decision. Thank you.

Jeremy (the technician) was courteous, polite and seemed very knowledgeable. He explained everything which helped me to make a better decision on what to replace now and what could wait. He performed his work in a timely manner. I decided to get everything replaced at once on both doors and add two new openers. I am very pleased with it all, especially the price.

I called Precision at 8 a.m. They promised the technician would arrive between 11-1. The tech called just after 11 to let me know he was on the way. Neal was professional and knowledgeable and had a sense of humor! He completed the repair in short order. We were very pleased with the response time and the service.

Very happy with the service provided by Michael. Very personable, knowledgeable and performed the work in good time. He replaced the rollers on the door, removed the old broken opener and installed a new one. Even though things in the garage had to be moved around for him to work he made sure everything was moved back before he left. Very impressed with the whole experience. I will definitely recommend Precision to anyone needing any garage door service!
