James B. Came on time which is very rare these days,and called me to let me know he was on his way. He fixed the seal and did a tune up. He had me come out and check to see that everything was working. He was very kind to come on a Sunday to do this repair and I will come back to this place if I ever need and other thing fixed on my Garage door.

This is how a service company should operate. Rob called 20 mins b4 scheduled appointment to cfm he was on time. He was. Broken spring was the reason for calling Precision - used them 3 tmes b4. Door opener crapped out while he was testing - installed the broken spring (warranty) and a new opener. He cleaned up, said it was all part of the service. This is a great company to deal with that obviously takes pride in the service they deliver. Won't go anywhere else.

I have been contemplating a new garage door (hurricane rated) for a while. Finally decided to do it. Lonny Miller answered all of my questions and even surprised me with an estimate that was on the lower side of what I expected. I signed the contract immediately.
