I have been using Precision for about 20 years. Service has always been exceptional, so choosing Precision for this was a "no-brainer!" Jason Emanis was the epitome of a service technician. He called to let me know he was running late, even though it was still within the estimated window. He professionally assessed the problem and fixed it. Mickey found the issue immediately with the door opener belt and corrected it at no charge. There have been someone to answer a phone call and make appointments into the evening (e.g., after 8 PM) so that is appreciated. Mickey was not only prompt he also showed up earlier on a Saturday after calling to let me know.

Existing opener failed; I was hoping it would be an adjustment. techs did a good job explaining it would be wiser to replace a 20 year old opener then repair. A bit more than I wanted to pay but work done well, they programed my outside pad and my car and the new opener works great. Would recommend them to anyone.

Had PrecisionGarage door service at my house yesterday. Unfortunately I had a new garage door opener installed earlier this month by an unknown”repairman “. After a month the door stopped working. We did the quieting package and what a great difference. The door used to sound like we were torturing the neighbors cat and now smooth and quiet is the way to describe the opening/closing. They were quick, courteous, and did a great job describing the workings of the door and springs and where our problem areas were. This service was worth way more than to cost.

Rob, our technician, did a thorough assessment of the issues with our garage door. After walking through the possible repair options it appeared a replacement was the best solution. Rob had the parts on his truck and did a very professional installation. He cleaned up after the job and then explained everything we needed to know regarding the operation of the opener and remotes. Excellent work, professional and comprehensive communication, all at what we consider a fair price. Bonus: Rob showed up early for the job and finished ahead of his original estimate.
