Every facet of the testing and repair of our garage-door opener by technician Bryan Hewitson was conducted with the utmost precision and safety precautions, while also explaining to me what each test revealed and ultimately where the problem lay--i.e., in the wiring from the motor assembly to the self-reversing beam-of-light units on each side of the track. Moreover, Mr. Hewitson was able to arrive two hours earlier than scheduled, which was a relief to our evening responsibilities as "senior citizens." Let me add that the reason I chose Precision Door Service over four other companies is because when I called Precision, a real person answered promptly and arranged our appointment. Every other company utilized a robot system that required the caller to remain on hold and then select a number from an overly complicated menu "spoken" by a robot.

The service and response time excellent. How when they came to fix the door the gentleman said several times that the motor will be the next thing to get fixed. The very next day the motor mysteriously didn’t work and needed to be replaced.

My door was closing too hard and banging the concrete floor. The repair person adjusted opener and did something to the device that releases the door from the opener. This helped but door is still noisier than normal. The tech felt it was the best he could do. Your company rebuilt our door about 6 yrs. ago. They also replaced broken spring. The tech and trainee were doing the best they could with a 16 yr. old door. I paid &84.00 for this minor adjustment. I think that is a little high for the work performed. Both the techs were very polite and helpful. I will continue to use your co. in the future.

Great service. Techs called first to see if the could come earlier than originally scheduled. They were very professional and friendly. Also I purchased a new car and couldn’t program it to open garage and they did it for me. They also tuned up garage door and replaced screws, etc. I am very happy with Precision’s service.

Rob Stephenson was our tech. He was prompt, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He explained my options before getting started on the job. When the job was finished, he tested everything to my satisfaction. The job consisted of new garage door opener and new torsion springs. My garage door and the opener and all cables etc. was all original from 2007. I was just starting to have issues when I decided I had to get it fixed before I was stuck. The Precision team installed a whole new system with camera and back-up power. It is now much better than when it was new. The team was incredibly professional and did the work on time and on budget. Could not be more happy!

It was a delightful experience working with Lonny! He took the time to check all aspects of my garage door’s operation, and explain to me why it wasn’t operating as safely and efficiently as possible. He gave me several different repair options, then gave me time to review them and ask questions. Once I decided on a new motor and mechanical components, he did a great job with getting everything set up and working! He then explained to me how to operate everything, and made sure I understood before he left. I highly recommend Lonny if you need any service done on your garage!
