Shane came by this morning to do our yearly maintenance. He was very professional and efficient. He fixed a connection that was loose and tightened screws around the motor. I am very pleased with the experience. The door is so quiet now when the door is opened and closed.

I assume the door works properly as I was not home when work was completed. The technician was knowledgeable and courteous. However, the company sucks you in with low quotes for service charge and spring cost (when replacing a broken spring), then adds on some bogus $20 “energy fee”, and also tells you that you get zero warranty unless you purchase the 3 bearings at $40 each. What I expected to be a $200 charge was $300. If they told you all this while on the phone when making an appointment, I wouldn’t mind. It’s pretty much bait and switch tactics. I will not use them next time as there are plenty of alternatives.

Don’t call anyone else! Prompt, courteous, thorough service. I had a broken spring - they had my garage door back in action in less than an hour from arrival. A garage door repair is unexpected and inconvenient but this is exactly the kind of experience you want when it happens!
