Definitely a 5 star rating!!! The detailed explanation of everything that happened and the solutions were much appreciated on our part. Our spring and belt broke and had to be replaced. I was more than pleased with the service given me by Precision. For some reason, my garage door dropped as I was putting it down via the garage door opener. Right off I called the company. Keith came to the house within less than two hours. It couldn't be determined why the door dropped so suddenly but, so far, it is back working as it should be. I was only charged $29 for the very short service call...I was most appreciated of that and the quick response to the issue. Thank you!

I was very happy with the service. The service technician knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. He gave me a couple of options, and then set to work, replacing the spring and coils and fixing the opener. He had it fixed in a couple of hours and came to the house on time.
