Rob was excellent on this service call. I had assumed the i had damaged the motor. Not so' the springs needed to be readjusted. Rob went thru the entire unit and door. Verifying everything was up to spec, which it was. He took his time and answered the questions i had in plain terms, which was easy to understand. Kudos to his knowledge and understanding of this product. If their is a rating above 5 he deserves it..

ON time and capable repair of belt problem. Tech was knowledgeable and capable and working in the heat got the job done quickly as possible. Given age of system had all parts other then motor replaced. This would be a 5 star but I thought the repairs were a little pricy.

My experience with the Precision Technician, ShaRaad, we excellent. He called in advance and was on site within the time promised. He diagnosed the problem quickly and presented the options. I was able to get a fair price. ShaRaad explained all the features and the new Garage Door Opener (on his truck) was installed and working in a short time. ShaRaad was very pleasant and professional. I was surprised how quiet the new Belt Drive was. The unit also comes with many great features.

Jason did a good job explaining that I did not need the $99 noisy garage door deal. New springs, rollers, ect for $640 would suit me better. Then the $39 service charge? Seemed inappropriate but I paid anyway. This was not really a service call, just a response to your ad to solve my noisy garage door problem. I don't charge to go see someone to tell them what there house is worth and what the cost to sell might be. Estimate should have been free. Russ Wood

My garage door opener was receiving a system safety block signal which prevented the door from closing. David Brooks responded, and quickly determined the problem, and fixed it. I was extremely pleased with both the service, and with the competence and friendly personality that David displayed. He also lubricated the spring and rollers at no extra charge

Unfortunately, Jay, was not able to replicate the problem. He thinks it may have been an obstructed safety eye. Jay was very nice, polite and knowledgeable. Came when said they would on a Sunday! Fixed my problem with the safety eye wiring exactly like I wanted. Inspected and adjusted the door. Also gave me a tip on not using LED bulbs in the lights which solved another problem. Super job by Garret ! We will call Precision again.

Customer service is extremely professional. The technician, Jay B., was very prompt, knowledgeable, and efficient. A complete overhaul of my garage door in under 45 minutes! Springs, center bearings, drums, cable and rollers all replaced. Best service I could expect. And, he imparted on me the importance of an annual servicing to prevent future down time of the door. The problem with the garage door happened in the morning, I called around lunch time and David showed up around 3:00 pm. He rapidly identified the problem, explained what needed to be done (along with the cost for the repair) and then set about correcting the problems. A little under 2 hours later, the faulty hardware had been replaced, the door was properly balanced and worked to perfection. David did a super job and was a consummate professional in his explanations. I have used Precision Doors in the past and highly recommend them.
