I chose Precision to fix my broken garage door spring because of all the great reviews I read on line. I called at 7 AM. when I discovered I could not open my garage door and scheduled a same day appointment for 11 AM. Rob arrived right on time, assessed the problem, gave me a couple of options, including prices, and made the repairs. He was very professional and courteous, explained the repair process, as well as the included warranty. He then checked my opener to make sure it was operating correctly. Rob did a great job. I am very pleased with the process and the end result.

Rob was very thorough and knowledgeable. Besides replacing broken springs and bearings, I had the drums, rollers and cables replaced. He also did some "maintenance" such as lubricating and tightening of hardware. My door is a lot quieter now. I was very pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend Precision to anyone!

We use Precision for all of our garage door needs. We have used them in the past for garage door maintenance. This time we decided to upgrade our motor along with replacing other necessary parts that were aging due to normal usage and beachside living. We find their garage door specialist to be very professional, knowledgeable, responsive and polite. They are the best! Thank you David and Mickey, for your professionalism!

Your work was exemplary and professional as always, since I do not have the necessary paperwork and am horrible with names I apologize not remembering the awesome young man name who worked diligently until he finished almost in darkness.

Called them to fix a problem we were having. The call was answered promptly and a repair person was sent out within the hour, Jarred arrived earlier than scheduled (called first). We decided, after learning that we would be needing a new opener, to install new hurricane doors also. Our current doors are original to the house (1991). The new doors will be installed at a later date.

I had a friend replace the part needed for my garage door it cost me $70.00. Your company is evidently only out to rob people your lowest estimate to repair my problem was over $700.00. I will make sure all my family and friends know not to recommend your company for any repairs or replacement.

I called because you had serviced the door when it was installed. I understood that you wuld continue to service the door free of charge. The tech told me I was a liar and had never paid for the service. I was very hurt and angry.

I have used Precision 3x, (two repairs and one annual maintenance). I have had 3 different technicians and they are by far very polite, well groomed, pleasant, and always on time. In these days of scams, shoddy work and unreliability, it is nice to have a company who instills old fashioned work ethics.

My garage door opener did not function. I asked a reliable source in my neighborhood who they recommend for diagnosis and repair. I'm happy that I chose Precision Door for my repair and parts replacement. ShaRaad was on time and very professional. He explained 3 options for repair. I made my choice and he got right on it to complete the option in a timely manner. I'm very satisfied and would recommend Precision Door.

I could not be happier with the garage door service I received. The technician, Rob, arrived within an hour of my initial call and had all the parts required to complete the job. Rob explained every detail and all of my options for the different levels of repairs available. I went with a rebuild which included, springs, rollers, bearings and a complete lubrication, setup and adjustment of my opener. I would definitely recommend Precicion and especially Rob to anyone needing their garage door serviced.
