Jason did a fantastic job. He tried to troubleshoot our old garage door open to with no success. Since this door opener was 9 years old we decided to purchase a new one. Jason took care of our needs and was very professional and thorough with this installation. Great customer service and would highly recommend Precision Doors.

Rubber guard on bottom of the door was old and needed to be replaced. The technician (Jason) did a great job. He called that he was on his way. He was fast, cleaned up and showed me a couple of things that he thought I should know. Outstanding Company

The service from Precision on my garage door opener was excellent. The technician, Brian, called to inform me he was on his way. He was polite and knowledgeable, explained what service he would perform, installed a new battery in the overhead opener lubricated the rollers and checked for any other problems. I definitely endorse the services of Precision Door Service.

Brian did a great job analyzing and repairing a non working garage door opener. He checked out all possibilities of what caused our problem and found the solution. In addition he replaced all of our rollers with new nylon rollers, replaced our springs, cables, bearings, etc. The garage door can now be opened easily, and runs smoother and quieter than I can ever remember. Thanks Brian

The technician showed up on time and performed the service of repair in a timely fashion. He was friendly and knowledgeable. In addition he gave a cr2302 garage door opener battery to one of my neighbors who was having issues with their garage door opener at no charge. It was hot out so I brought The technician a Powerade drink. I said all that to say this this afternoon‘s experience was like hanging out with friends????

Rob, our technician, did a thorough assessment of the issues with our garage door. After walking through the possible repair options it appeared a replacement was the best solution. Rob had the parts on his truck and did a very professional installation. He cleaned up after the job and then explained everything we needed to know regarding the operation of the opener and remotes. Excellent work, professional and comprehensive communication, all at what we consider a fair price. Bonus: Rob showed up early for the job and finished ahead of his original estimate.

I have been using Precision for about 20 years. Service has always been exceptional, so choosing Precision for this was a "no-brainer!" Jason Emanis was the epitome of a service technician. He called to let me know he was running late, even though it was still within the estimated window. He professionally assessed the problem and fixed it. He is also to be commended for his outstanding interpersonal skills. Kudos to the MAX!

Mickey found the issue immediately with the door opener belt and corrected it at no charge. There have been someone to answer a phone call and make appointments into the evening (e.g., after 8 PM) so that is appreciated. Mickey was not only prompt he also showed up earlier on a Saturday after calling to let me know.

Existing opener failed; I was hoping it would be an adjustment. techs did a good job explaining it would be wiser to replace a 20 year old opener then repair. A bit more than I wanted to pay but work done well, they programed my outside pad and my car and the new opener works great. Would recommend them to anyone.

Had PrecisionGarage door service at my house yesterday. Unfortunately I had a new garage door opener installed earlier this month by an unknown”repairman “. After a month the door stopped working. Precision came and got my door working again.. They were very understanding and got everything done that had to be done. I would highly recommend them.
