Excellent service! Garage spring snapped, cars were trapped inside. I called 5 different businesses and Precision was the only one that could be here today. Technician Mickey was here 40 minutes after I called!! Mickey was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. I will definitely use Precision for any garage door needs in the future.

Very happy. Garage door had a total meltdown, both springs gone, I called Precision Doors they came out right away, assessed the situation and gave me three quotes for levels of services. I opted to do a total overhaul of the door, new springs, new everything and it was fixed in 2 hours. Could not be happier, should have called them for regular maintenance!

I phoned the office just after 8 AM on 2/13/20 to request a service call (to install a new key pad). I was given an appointment for that very same day and the technician (David Brooks) arrived before 10 AM. He installed a new key pad and checked it for proper functioning, and also made sure that the garage door hardware and mechanisms were in good condition, lubricating everything as well. He worked quickly and efficiently, and answered my questions thoroughly. I have always received great service from Precision Door and appreciate the professionalism exhibited by its employees. I had an emergency issue with my garage door opener--the bolts came loose from the ceiling and it was hanging by a single bolt!. I called Precision in a panic & the scheduling agent was so calming & efficient. I was amazed to find a technician at my door in less than an hour!! Rich was a total professional, and not only fixed the problem but performed a safety inspection. I recommend Precision Garage Doors most highly. I called at 8:00 a.m. I was told a technician would be here between 9 and 11. Jeff arrived around 10. Checked out our problem, made a couple of suggestions. We took one option. There was no hard sell for us to take the more expensive option. Would definitely recommend them and should the need arise again, will contact them.

My 20 year old garage door mechanism seemed to come apart at the seams one morning as I pushed the button to activate it. Gears, chains, and springs seemed to come apart at once and parts even went flying across the garage. It took all my strength to finally get my garage door to release and open so I could go to work. Precision scheduled me right away for an 'after work' time frame. The repair tech was clean, non-smoking, friendly, and knowledgeable. He presented me with options and 3 levels of repair/replacement from which to choose and did the work in about 2 hours. I highly recommend this company!
