Sales rep Bryan was a previous installer and walked me thru the process. My garage has custom cabinetry that was close to the rails, and I had other installers indicate this was a problem. I was very pleased with Precision quality of materials, timeliness, punctuality and especially installation. A.J. and Jay were most excellent in fast installation, clean wiring, customer briefing on usage, clean up, etc. Door quality and installation were just as described, no surprises. My door is solid, insulated and opener works great on smartphone. Would highly recommend.

Provided after hours service at a fair price. Excellent coordination between appt. center and technicians. Technician arrived in advance of appt. time. Lonny Miller, the technician, provided a thorough description of the problem and recommended work to repair the problem. The world was performed in a two hour time. Finally they performed work for me in 2011. The offer excellent service, fair pricing and good warranty follow up. That is why they deserve a 5 Star Rating!

The young men were very knowledgeable and efficient. They came when they said they would and made quick work of solving my problem. The teeth on my trolley were worn down. They showed me where my door was beginning to break down and made a repair until a new door could be installed.

Lonny called when he was on his way and it was within the time that was given to me. I really appreciate that. When I called The Precision Door Company, I was greeted with professional reception and instant history of my garage door that was installed over 5 years ago. I was already amazed and felt like we were old friends. During most of my working life, I worked as a field engineer, working on several types of mechanical of equipment. It is with that background that I was happy to see Jeff Shaw arrive at my garage door. After explaining the mechanical features of the original parts' failure and replacement parts' advantages including cost; Jeff went to work; fast, efficient and working alone; Jeff replaced my garage door torsion springs and bearings in much less time than I had anticipated. The work was completed and tested in what must have been record time. The cost was very acceptable. I very highly recommend The Precision Door Company, a great American Company with great people and great service.

We shopped around for someone to come and fix our garage door spring right before the Independence Holiday. It broke right after we cleaned out the garage, and we wanted it fixed right away. We called Precision because they are 24/7 operation and they got us in within a few hours of the initial call! We got our spring replaced, the wheels and cables, and the chain lubricated. It is like we have a whole new door! Brian even got the dust out before he left! That is some professional service I can appreciate! Thank you!

Extraordinarily pleased with the spring repair and overhaul of the main garage door that Bryan and AJ did! They were punctual, very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and friendly. I think they even went beyond what was required by replacing two light bulbs on the motor box and straightening the sweep at the bottom of the golf cart garage door; I had mentioned that I had lined things up along the bottom to keep the snakes out. We would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service!

power board had gone bad. i thought it was the motor. board replaced ALL aspects of the system checked out and remotes were reprogrammed and all checked out as good as new.
