Installed a brand new door in 2011, and when I moved in 2017, called them again for another new door. They also came out once a year to service and adjust the doors. After purchasing my retirement small home this month, had them come out again. Excellent service, great customer service, professional installers, great work. I wouldn't trust anyone else with a garage door.

I was referred to Precision by my neighbor, my door was sticking and jumping up which made it really loud when opening. The listing in our 'Yellow Pages' caught my attention. Scheduling was great. The tech called when he departed and advised us of his arrival time. He arrived on time and as I was at the point of where he was needed, he greeted me by name and I briefed him of my needs. He completed some administrative entries then set out to do his work. The work was completed quickly even as some of the customer furnished equipment failed, requiring him to use his company's stock. The young man was clean cut, amicable and professional. I'd consider him a valuable asset to y our group. Your firm is on my'To Call' list. Your 'Yellow Pages"add is correct.

Precision did a great job as original installers in 2012. So I didn't hesitate to call them when the door was still noisy after lubricating hinges and tracks. Brenden was great! He called ahead to let me know when he expected to arrive, got here when he said, quickly evaluated what needed fixing, and answered all my questions well. Turns out I needed new rollers due to worn out bearings- not bad for 9 yrs of frequent use! I also chose to replace the bottom seal as the old one had shrunken away from one edge letting driven rain in. The new one is an upgrade! Brenden proved he takes pride in doing a great job, and my garage door feels ready for hurricane season! I appreciate Precision's professionalism.

i really thought I was in deep trouble. It was late friday afternoon and my garage door opener was not only broken, the cable had slipt and the door was stuck in a half open/closed position. After calling your service i was told someone could come out betwwen 7 to 9 and they arrived at 8 apologizing for being late. they not only fixed the mess but installed another device. Next morning All was working normally. I did not believe that all would be solved by one call. The price was fair and the serviceman was professional. I would call again if another problem arises. I wish all my issues were solved this easily.
