Two months ago we ordered a very special custom golf cart, which we were very excited about getting. On Monday, Aug 26, our cart was delivered; however, when the delivery person drove it into our garage we discovered that it was much taller than our previous one and could not be driven in without the bottom of the garage door scraping the top of the cart. Imagine our shock and disappointment when this happened. We decided to call Precision because they had done work for us in the past. We were hoping they could find a solution. Not only were they able to schedule someone (Mickey) to come the next morning, he was able to be at our house at 8 am. He immediately recognized a way to resolve the problem and was able to do an overhaul on the door, which solved the problem. He said the incident was probably a blessing in disguise because the door is 14 years old and could cause problems in the future. Mickey was very professional and did an excellent job. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service. Thanks so much!

Had purchased the tune-up package last yr with new springs, rollers, cables ,etc. The door was staging a little so your man came and with a couple of turns of the springs, the door is at a nice height when up. David did awesome job very professional- I just wish there was a Senior Citizen special. $664.00 is a lot of money for garage door opener. This is the time in 12 years had to have the springs on the door replace. I will have Precision check my garage door every year to ensure I Don’t have to pay out more.

Today, August 10th, 2019 service technician serviced our Garage Door, Motor, etc. The Garage Door is much quieter, etc. We are very pleased with the results of the service and state that it was a five star job. We will continue to do so annually as the Garage Door is used frequently and this service annually insures that the door works by a push of a button. I had technician, Mickey, here this morning for general maintenance and an inspection because it had been three years since my last service. He found the door to be out of balance and reset torsion spring assembly. Door works much easier now. Less wear and tear on the garage door opener mechanism. Very pleased. Mickey is a good guy!
