I was very pleased to call the office this morning and within an hour, a Technician was here. Lonny Miller had done a Spring Conversion for me last year. Three years ago I had a new LiftMaster installed. It has been working great. I was having problems with the inside Wall Controller that opens and closes the Garage Door from inside the Garage. Lonny diagnosed it within 5 minutes and made the repair. It's working great now. I proudly recommend Precision to all my friends. They are a high quality company. Brian did a great job analyzing and repairing a non working garage door opener. He checked out all possibilities of what caused our problem and found the solution. In addition he replaced all of our rollers with new nylon rollers, replaced our springs, cables, bearings, etc. The garage door can now be opened easily, and runs smoother and quieter than I can ever remember. There have been someone to answer a phone call and make appointments into the evening (e.g., after 8 PM) so that is appreciated. Mickey was not only prompt he also showed up earlier on a Saturday after calling to let me know.
