I called at 8:00 a.m. I was told a technician would be here between 9 and 11. Jeff arrived around 10. Checked out our problem, made a couple of suggestions. We took one option. There was no hard sell for us to take the more expensive option. Would definitely recommend them and should the need arise again, will contact them.

My 20 year old garage door mechanism seemed to come apart at the seams one morning as I pushed the button to activate it. Gears, chains, and springs seemed to come apart at once and parts even went flying across the garage. It took all my strength to finally get my garage door to release and open so I could go to work. Precision scheduled me right away for an 'after work' time frame. The repair tech was clean, non-smoking, friendly, and knowledgeable. He presented me with options and 3 levels of repair/replacement from which to choose and did the work in about 2 hours. I highly recommend this company!

I was impressed by these two technicians sent out from IHB Precision Door business. They were very knowledgeable, went over the bill with me explaining what was needed and why, replacing rollers that was badly needed due to wear and noise, broken brackets that were cracked and adjusting spring tension. One hell of a great job. If you have garage door problems there is no better of a company to call to get your door problems resolved in a most professional manner. Was impressed by them once again. Superior customer service by people who know what being a professional technician means. Thank You guys!!!!

Needed a garage door opener repair or replacement. Was told that unless I replaced virtually everything including rollers and springs for about $1200.00 that the opener couldn't be warranted. Home Depot installed a warranted Chamberlin system with remote and Bluetooth for $300.00. Wasted $40.00 on a Precision service call.

Your technician, Jeff, was professional and clearly experienced. We were pleased with the repairs he completed, however, we were not very pleased with the “up-sell” we were subjected to. Three years ago Precision replaced the spring and rollers on our door; the repairs yesterday should have been roller drums and cable replacement. Instead, we were charged for a complete overhaul of the door (new spring, rollers, drums and cables). Not very ethical; consequently, we are not very happy with your company policy. We will be sharing this experience if anyone asks our opinion about Precision Door. Thank you.

I ran into Jay the Tech approx. 2 years ago and we spoke for a while, at that time he gave me his card, well here we are speaking once again except this time he is working on my garage door it makes alot of noise. He is very knowledgeable and pleasant to speak with. He replaced the springs (Both) all the rollers, lub the door, replaced the bearings, replaced the cables, I would recommend this company, the work was completed in a short period of time, and area cleaned up before he left. one last thing, Jay thank you for working on our garage door, have a great year.
