Called for service and the very next day they were here. Excellent service. The service tech was very kind and took the time to explain things and difference options that I could go with. No pressure on trying to sell things. What a difference in my garage door. So quiet now you can't even here the door open or close. I can't say enough about Mickey how kind and professional he was. Outstanding Customer Service delivered by Bryan Hewitson. We typically have our garage doors serviced (preventive maintenance) annually and this technician exceeded all expectations. He explained the spring repair process and patiently answered all our questions specifically when we decided to select the overhaul of moving parts option based on the age of our garage door. Was very polite and not pushy. Definitely did not rush the repair and overhaul. Attention to detail was evident and made sure we were satisfied with the work prior to departure. Will use this company again in the future.

Excellent service! Garage spring snapped, cars were trapped inside. I called 5 different businesses and Precision was the only one that could be here today. Very happy. Garage door had a total meltdown, both springs gone, I called Precision Doors they came out right away, assessed the situation and gave me three quotes for levels of services. I opted to do a total overhaul of the door, new springs, new everything and it was fixed in 2 hours. Could not be happier, should have called them for regular maintenance!

I phoned the office just after 8 AM on 2/13/20 to request a service call (to install a new key pad). I was given an appointment for that very same day and the technician (David Brooks) arrived before 10 AM. He installed a new key pad and checked it for proper functioning, and also made sure that the garage door hardware and mechanisms were in good condition, lubricating everything as well. He worked quickly and efficiently, and answered my questions thoroughly. I have always received great service from Precision Door and appreciate the professionalism exhibited by its employees. I called Precision in a panic & the scheduling agent was so calming & efficient. I was amazed to find a technician at my door in less than an hour!! Rich was a total professional, and not only fixed the problem but performed a safety inspection. I recommend Precision Garage Doors most highly.
