So glad I called Precision. The initial call was handled efficiently and she was very courteous. Bryan called when he was enroute and kept me informed of his arrival time. Bryan was vey knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. Mickey also showed up with Bryan, and was knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly too. He and Bryan worked well together and were able to complete the installation, replace rollers, replace cables, program the openers, and also program my car. Kudos to both!

It is so comforting to know there is such a customer-serviced business around. We had Precision at our house 4 years ago and did a maintenance overhaul on our garage door and was excellent service. We had issues with the door this weekend and called on Sunday expecting a voice mail to leave a message and get called back on Monday but someone answered the phone! They took a message and set up an appointment right then and there. The tech called ahead and came in the time period quoted, went over the door thoroughly. When he left the work area was clean and door working.

Price quote went up almost 300 dollars, they try to find everything wrong and then tell you no warranty if you dont replace what they recommend. Total scam BEWARE!!!!

Precision Garage Door service is amazing! I called in the morning to inquire about getting an opener on one of my garage doors. The appointment was set up for 5:00 PM the same day. Our technician Mickey Arrived early. Very polite, He checked out unit and quickly found problem. He explained the problem too me. A short time later he had the old unit torn apart and started putting in the new unit. A short time later he was done. I had a garage door opener installed. The installer called and advised me that he would arrive early for the appointment, which was fine with me. He explained what he would be doing and did an excellent job. He was very thorough in his explanation of the features of the opener. I was very pleased with the entire process.
