We had some garage door issues. Noises, not level at the bottom and I called to get an appointment late Saturday. Not an emergency but they got a tech out first thing Monday morning. Mickey came out and he was THE BEST! Nice, Professional, Courteous, Knowledgeable. He told me just what the problem was and if we had our paperwork from 2013. Indeed we did so the parts were free since we have a lifetime warranty. We are very satisfied with the service experience and will 100% call Precision if and when needed.

Great repair, quick service! Byron explained the options to fix my really old garage door so clearly. I'm almost 86 yrs. and that was his first challenge. Travis did a great job safety checking my garage doors. After the check Travis adjusted the dual springs on one of our garage doors, then he put the appropriate lubrication on the springs, the chain wheels, the attachment plates on the steel garage doors. It's been two years since my regular technician (just retired) installed those springs on our main garage door. I needed exactly what Precision Garage Doors provided - a competent, knowledgeable technician to service my garage doors. One of their competitors sent a guy out prior to Travis' visit. He was there to do a safety check and service my garage doors, but after the safety check he told me I needed new springs and it would cost $700!!!! I knew instantly this was not the right company or technician. Precision Garage Door was first on my list and Travis represented!!!!! Precision is my garage door company. Precision serviced my doors and adjusted my springs for less than half what the other "top rated " guys wanted to charge for new springs I did not need!!!! My springs should be good for another 6 to 8 years, and thanks to Travis and Precision Garage Doors I now know who to call!!!!!!

all employees that have provided service have been professional, respectful and efficient. This last time, they sent a technician the same day that I called regarding the problem. I would highly recommend Precision for any of your garage door needs. One thing bothered me that has nothing to do with the service provided, which was excellent. Precision does not require their employees to be vaccinated against Corona Virus.

When my garage door failed I contacted Precision because of past good service with them. Beginning with scheduling it was in a time span that was good for me. The technician called and asked if he could come a little earlier, which was good fo me as well. He assesed the issue, including a motorcycle sitting under the rail from the motor to the door. He gave me a estimate on what it was going to cost to repair the door opener. He worked so no damage would be done to ithe motorcycle and proceded to work on getting the door open so the motorcycle could be moved out of the garage. He then did what was needed to fix the problem. He was polite, informed and effeciant in what he was doing. It is a pleasure to do business with someone like him. If I need service in the future I will contact Precision again and yes also reccomend them to my friends and others.

From start to finish, we were SO happy with everyone and everything! Bryan came out on a Sunday, put the door back on track, and thoroughly explained our options to repair or replace the door. We ordered a new door which was installed (professionally and beautifully) earlier this week. The few times I called the company, I was met by friendly, courteous people.
