Called Precision Door to have someone come out and look at our garage door. Rob came in, assessed the issues, and after reviewing his estimated repair list, he was approved to go. Having used Precision in the past, we knew whom to call when we needed an emergency garage door repair. From the first person we spoke with (Bella) to the technician who came to the house (Shane Abbenante) all went really smoothly. Precision Garage Doors is an awesome company, Great customer service. Prompt response. I had an appointment to check my garage door. Mickey was the technician, he came early checked out my door, lubricated it and now I'm good to go until next year. I'll have them back next year to check it out and lubricate it. Garage door was loud when it opened/closed. Called Precision since they were near to where I lived. Made an appointment, office called a few days later and said technician could be there a day earlier than scheduled. Technician (Lonny) showed up early, explained everything he needed to do, showed me the problem and promptly fixed it. Recommended I replace the rollers with upgraded ones to what were originally installed. Price was very reasonable. Happy with the quality of service. Would highly recommend Precision for garage door service/repair.

I would highly recommend Precision to anyone. I used their service several years ago and have been on their maintenance plan ever since. Every year they come out and inspect and fine tune any issues that may have developed. The techs have been so helpful. Our garage door had issues. The 2 car garage door was too heavy for us to even get out of the house. I thought it was time to have a door tuneup and called for an appointment, requesting Rob who did a major repair 5 years ago. First of all you had appointments available in a few days, with Rob. He showed up on time, calling from the road to alert me. He ended up doing a little more than a tuneup which he carefully detailed the reasons for. Great service and I can tell and hear how much better the door works now!
