Rob S was here & did an excellent job on the $149 check-up. He explained everything, was polite & professional. He also explained that the opener might need to be replaced at sometime in the near future because of it's age. Thank you Rob for an excellent service.

Shane was my engineer. He phoned up in advance to say he would be early. Very polite and friendly and more importantly he knew what he was doing. He explained all my options and made sure I understood the cost, and, on completion, the operation of the equipment. I could tell from my initial call to the office that this would be a very professional visit. Very pleased.

We needed a new bottom seal on our 2-car garage door, and not only did Precision respond with a service call the very next day, but this as a hurricane was approaching! Our technician, Shane, was AMAZING and very polite, thorough, and knowledgeable. We are VERY happy with the service and will be coming to Precision for all our garage door needs in the future. Thank you!

This is how a service company should operate. Rob called 20 mins b4 scheduled appointment to cfm he was on time. He was. Broken spring was the reason for calling Precision - used them 3 tmes b4. Door opener crapped out while he was testing - installed the broken spring (warranty) and a new opener. He cleaned up, said it was all part of the service. This is a great company to deal with that obviously takes pride in the service they deliver. Won't go anywhere else.

I have been using Precision Door Service for several years. They installed and help maintain my garage door with excellent service. Always given a choice of what service to approve with full disclosure of materials and cost. Service personnel are always knowledgeable and polite. Latest service technician Loni was very good with explaining and showing what was done.

I have been contemplating a new garage door (hurricane rated) for a while. Finally decided to do it. I had done my research ahead of time so I had a ballpark idea of what the range would be financially. Precision Doors had excellent ratings so I started with them. I was not disappointed! Lonny Miller answered all of my questions and even surprised me with an estimate that was on the lower side of what I expected. I signed the contract immediately. Can't wait to see the finished project!

5 stars guys. Rob was on time, polite, and very professional.....something that is hard to find these days. The price was higher than we expected but that might be a sign of the times. He got the job done quicker than we thought, and we are very satisfied with the work.

Ashley was great on the phone - the service guy came early and discovered that I had my golf bag blacking the sensor so I told him to service it - he also left me a big can of lubricant - the charge was only $39 - a great company - thank you - I'm newly widowed and kindness means lot

To me, the first impression counts the most. When I called Precision I spoke to a very nice lady who was very professional and was able to set up an appointment the very same morning. The service tech, Ben, called 15 minutes prior to his arrival. He also was very professional. I was very happy with Precision and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Ben stopped by to assist me today with a Garage door that was just not playing nice. He was very knowledgeable and could have simply suggested I buy a new opener. Instead he showed integrity rarely seen today and was able to put a quick fix in place.
