I have used this company several times now. When you need service with your garage door opener or garage door, they are extremely quick to arrive at your home. The service center, by far, has great customer service. Being in sales for over 45 years, customer service and customer satisfaction is most important in any business. I have utilized Precision in the past for service. Tech Rob arrived on time. Tech was very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained everything regarding the problem and the remedies. The result was replacing the 13-year-old opener due to the faulty motherboard and failing safety switch. Bottom line, service was quick and very professional.
