Precision installed our door openers in 2016. Fast forward to 2023, the backup battery is completely drained. We contacted Precision and was able to get a service appointment very quickly. Before the service, we received an email with the picture of the technician who would be coming to our home. I definitely felt more secure with that! The technician replaced the battery and performed a multi point inspection on the door. A problem with the spring was diagnosed (a typical age problem) and the technician fixed the spring. The fees were reasonable for the work performed and they had the backup battery that we needed for our unit.

We've used Precision door before and have always been happy. So when our remote keypad stopped working, we called them again. Ben did a good job solving the problem and was friendly and helpful.

Mickey was great with scheduling. Rob S. called me 20 minutes out to confirm, was right on time, very courteous, very professional and friendly too! He took the time to explain the operation of the new opener to me and made a great recommendation to replace a worn door seal. The new Genie opener works great and is extremely quiet too. I've used Precision Garage Door since moving to Vero Beach 8 years ago. Good people, good service and good results! Thank you again Rob S.

For less than an hours work I feel $283 was a high charge. Your method of charging is called stacking an individual charge for each service performed and not based on hourly charge plus a service charge.

Rob did a great job repairing my garage door opener. I greatly appreciated the time he took to educate me on ways to keep my door and opener operating efficiently and safely. He certainly covered all the basses. I have been a customer since 2008 and have never been disappointed with any service. I have recommended and will continue to highly recommend Paridise Garage Door Services to family and friends.

I give Precision a full 5-star rating. This is the first time I required repair on my garage door, and after reviewing service companies in my area, I chose Precision because of the many high ratings from their satisfied customers. What a breath of fresh air to find a company and technician who take pride in their service and do it in such a professional manner. The office staff was excellent to get the repair scheduled for the very next day. The technician, James, was excellent. He communicated when he was on his way to my address, quickly accessed what needed to be done to repair, provided the cost for parts, (springs and bearings), and everything was up and running in under an hour. I highly recommend Precision and James to anyone requiring a repair to their garage door.
