Our technician Mickey Arrived early. Very polite, He checked out unit and quickly found problem. He explained the problem too me. A short time later he had the old unit torn apart and started putting in the new unit. A short time later he was done. The employee arrived on time and was not wearing a mask. When asked, he went back to the truck to get one. The work he provided was in keeping with the quote for normal preventive maintenance and he suggested other issues he observed that needed repair/replacement to put the door in the best shape. After more conversation, I realized that a new door would be needed in the near future.

We have been using Precision Door Service for maintenance on our two garage doors for quite a few years and have always been very happy with the fast scheduled service, on time arrivals, no muss, no fuss maintenance, honesty in the work needed and fair pricing. Since the doors are now in the 8+ year old range and the most used door was in need of new parts we had a new spring, bearing and rollers installed and the usual annual maintenance done on the second door as the tech said it was still good for a few more years. I highly recommend this business.

I had a garage door no longer closing and Precision answered the phone quickly and had a technician out, Mickey Carter, the next morning (earlier even than the window they gave me). Mickey was very professional and identified the problem of the wire that was loose immediately and secured it with staples and electrical tape. The service call fee was very fair and I am sooo grateful!

Start out by saying I rarely right reviews but I was so impressed with this company. I called last week to set up an appointment after another company said they were unable to fix my garage door. My appointment was for 8:00, Jason called 20 minutes to 8:00 to let me know he was on the way. He arrived promptly at 8:00. He was very professional he looked at the garage door and was able to identify the problem quickly and gave me a very fair estimate. He had all the parts on his truck and was able to fix it the same day. Very satisfied!
