Really appreciate the prompt response and repair. Went with the overhaul as I had one broken spring and two broken cables. Got new springs, cables, rollers, drums, bearings etc. Had been really noisy. Sounds new now.

Great service. The technician came out to assess the issue at 8 AM on time. He completed the repairs in two to three hours. He inspected the door and installed new bottom seals as I requested. Everyone was helpful and nice from the first call for service through installation. I will use Precision again and recommend for anyone.
