Probably the best service and customer service of any business I have ever dealt with. Requested repair for a stuck garage door on Precision’s website late in the evening (after 8pm) and within 2 minutes received a phone call back from them to schedule a next-day appt. All they had was 6pm which meant an extra charge but I was fine with that. The next morning however, they called and let me know they could have someone there between 9-11am thus not having to charge extra. Technician showed up promptly at 9. Very professional and courteous, in uniform and masked for COVID. He quickly diagnosed the issue of a broken spring, fixed only what was needed and didn’t try to up-sell me. He gave me the estimate up front and said he would take about an hour. Less than 55 minutes later the job was complete, no additional costs and easy on-site payment with a credit card was available. Garage worksite was left clean and door was functioning better than ever. I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of the entire repair, start to finish, and professionalism of the company. I highly recommend them to anyone needing garage door service!

Robert Stephenson was the tech he called me to let know he was 30 min out.we talked about what was going on he gave me 3 choices .I called my boss and let me know I made the right decision .I just lost my husband so Iam in a fog.I never felt like he was taking advantage of me . We took advantage of the $149 Silencing Package as our garage door had not been serviced for several years and was becoming very noisy/ The tech, Brenden, arrived ahead of the scheduled time, wearing a C19 mask, and inspected the door, springs, and motor. He then went over all aspects of the job, got my approval and completed his work. He then again review what had been done and took the time to show me the proper way to lube the door and springs every 4-6 months. The door, by the way, is now very quite. Very Impressive.

I was in need of a new Garage Spring. I was given a service call appointment time frame of 9-11am for the next day. Rob called 25 min prior to arrival and showed up at 8:55am and was done around 10:30am (inspection, installation, and fine tuning of the rest of my system). I opted for a complete torsion spring conversion. He had all the components in the truck. Rob’s the man! He was VERY polite, quick, knowledgeable, and skilled. I will be referring all my friends to Precision should they ever need garage door services!

The repairman/tech was Lonny Miller. He inspected the door and found the problem.At this point,he explained and showed to me what the problem was and how he would fix it . He answered all me questions.He then with me reviewed the parts ,the labor and the cost to fix the problem. He fixed the door and reviewed all of his work with me.He was knowledgeable, personable and very articulate. Along with his 5 stars he gets an A+.All in all it was a great experience.
