I was in need of a new Garage Spring. I was given a service call appointment time frame of 9-11am for the next day. Rob called 25 min prior to arrival and showed up at 8:55am and was done around 10:30am (inspection, installation, and fine tuning of the rest of my system). I opted for a complete torsion spring conversion. He had all the components in the truck. Rob’s the man! He was VERY polite, quick, knowledgeable, and skilled. I will be referring all my friends to Precision should they ever need garage door services!

Wow was a little reluctant since their pric was a little higher but don’t let that scare you. The springs come with a 3 year warranty the others in Brevard they can’t decide. One or two . Do not use quality door worset service I ever had Percision knew what I needed and knew which springs I needed for my door installed new springs and even the tenant commented the door was so quiet now they love the Professinal service from Mick. And yea it may have cost 20 or 30 more but the warranty and service you get is well worth

Returning customer that was pleased with the service and technician the first time. This service call did not disappoint either. Brian was very personable, courteous and easy to work with. He was able to fix the J arm attachment plate to the garage door as well as identify and address a couple of other problems. Response was same day and very timely and the cost was reasonable. Excellent Service. I called expecting to be given an appointment for another day instead I was given an appointment for an hour later. Bryan called when he was 20 minutes away and arrived dead on time. His knowledge and expertise was impressive. Our serviceman was special. He called when he was on his way and gave me a 15 minute window for his arrival. He found the problem quickly and it only required readjusting a sensor. Then checked the rest and could make future recommendations but not now! No pressure. I highly recommend him!

David was our technician, he was prompt and efficient in providing our yearly maintenance. He left the property, we had problems with a couple of our clickers. I called him and even though he was 10 minutes out, he turned around, came back and resolved our problem. Making the appointment was also hassle-free. Kudos to you Dave!

We took advantage of the $149 Silencing Package as our garage door had not been serviced for several years and was becoming very noisy/ The tech, Brenden, arrived ahead of the scheduled time, wearing a C19 mask, and inspected the door, springs, and motor. He then went over all aspects of the job, got my approval and completed his work. He then again review what had been done and took the time to show me the proper way to lube the door and springs every 4-6 months. The door, by the way, is now very quite. Very Impressive.
