When my garage door failed I contacted Precision because of past good service with them. Beginning with scheduling it was in a time span that was good for me. The technician called and asked if he could come a little earlier, which was good fo me as well. He assesed the issue, including a motorcycle sitting under the rail from the motor to the door. He gave me a estimate on what it was going to cost to repair the door opener. He worked so no damage would be done to ithe motorcycle and proceded to work on getting the door open so the motorcycle could be moved out of the garage. He then did what was needed to fix the problem. He was polite, informed and effeciant in what he was doing. It is a pleasure to do business with someone like him. If I need service in the future I will contact Precision again and yes also reccomend them to my friends and others.

From start to finish, we were SO happy with everyone and everything! Bryan came out on a Sunday, put the door back on track, and thoroughly explained our options to repair or replace the door. We ordered a new door which was installed (professionally and beautifully) earlier this week. The few times I called the company, I was met by friendly, courteous people. We definitely recommend and will use Precision if needed in the future! :-)

Technician Lonnie Miller showed up right on time and performed annual garage door and opener maintenance. There weren't any issues and he was out the door in about 30 minutes. Lonnie was very friendly and seemed to know exactly what he was doing.

Precision promptly scheduled an appointment to repair my garage door. Rob arrived on time and explained the repair options and fully answered my questions. Started with simple noise package $149. Three days later I have a broken torque spring. Wait 4 days for tech to come back out and replace both torque springs and side cables and bushing $569. $700 plus and door is quiter. Sell house in couple months warranty does not transfer. Garage door was six years old.

excellent service. The two individuals stayed with a repair that was quite extensive and was quite challenging to fix. It appears a car backed into the system at some point to have caused the damage. The parts replaced were quite extensive. The field below does not accept more then one entry. Some were a new motor , main rail roller, remote keyboard, remotes, etc.
